we have just returned home after 2 weeks at Melia Bali and it was a truly amazing holiday. Its the first time we have stayed in a luxury hotel as we generally stay in self catering apartments, and our high expectations were more than met. The hotel and grounds are fantastic, whether you are spending the whole holiday relaxing in... More

We had a lagoon suite booked and have stayed here 3 years prior and enjoyed a lot. The checkin to the hotel was slow, felt as though they were understaffed. The room was amazing and has own pool outside door, would recommend! The hotels pool & beach area are great. They run lots of group activities for old and young,... More

We have just returned from a perfect two week family holiday at the Melia Bali over the Easter Holidays. As a family of 5 with 3 under 8's it is so difficult to find spacious accommodation in one room but the Melia Bali really delivered. We had a fabulous family suite with a mezzanine level giving us privacy in a... More

Affordable luxury. Staff were extremely friendly and cheerful and aimed to please. When our air con stopped working a maintenance man arrived within 5 minutes and repaired it. Amazing service!! Rooms, gardens, lobby, pool and beach areas were immaculately maintained. Great location. Close to shopping centre, restaurants, hospital and art markets. All within a short walk.

I stayed here with my fiance and a few friends, and we had many other friends staying nearby (we were attending a wedding at the Westin). My first thought when I got in to the 'hotel district' was "this is not Bali." The disappointment lingered for the entire stay. There were weird mix ups with credit cards, they asked me... More

We stayed in Melia resorts for 2 nights during Easter weekend. The resort is huge and very beautifully kept, esp. the landscape. Interiors in The lobby area are good. Rooms also are big with a big balcony but tad bit old and needs some touch up to match to the standards of a 5 star property. We arrived at night... More

Our only complaint with our wonderful stay at the Melia is the lack of consideration given towards non smokers who like to enjoy meals outside. All the outside restaurants have no designated non smoking area and all rooms are able to be smoked in. I do not know if this is the case at all accommodations, but we found it... More

The Melia is a fantastic hotel with brilliant restaurants. We had a lagoon access suite which was amazing. Our daughter loved the room and the swim up pool. The main pool is very large and fab. Staff are great. I had a treatment in the spa which was lovely. Altogether an amazing family holiday. Plenty of restaurants round the corner... More
