We did let ourselves be deterred by the rainy season and spent 6/7 days with lovely sunshine in a truly wonderful hotel - though a sharp eye can spot the odd age spot, the melia has made us feel more than comfortable and welcome - the atmosphere of outstandingly friendly service and love of detail really made our week something... Loved our room, check-in was easy even though we arrived late at night, breakfasts were great in nice surroundings, close to shopping centre, the gardens are beautiful and the lagoon pool was lovely and clean. Really enjoyed lots of walks on the footpath on the beach side of the hotel.

We did not have young children with us but we thought about our grandson as we looked at other kids having fun around the pool. Baby sitting is available while adults simly can walk to Bali Collection for shopping or just go to the gym

We stayed for 8 nights and the hotel was very nice, we booked a lagoon access room that was really good. Worth the extra money. We did have other guests swimming in our area that was restricted , we told reception but it happened every day. Would probably not stay here again. Nice but very expensive for Bali

We arrived as weary travellers and were looked after from the moment we got to the front desk. The opulent foyer is something to behold as you check in, sipping your your very-much-welcomed "welcome drink". There are beautifully manicured gardens within the hotel and surrounding it. We had stayed the year before as a couple, this time we brought our... More

Nice hotel, perfect to go Bali and enjoy it. Lots of restaurants, huge pool, beach, pathways to go for a walk, etc.The buffet was ample, location was good, staff are friendly and the hotel is generally very clean. Pools are good for swimming and beaches around the Nusa Dua area are very nice. The hotel is very close to the... More

They had various delicious food, including European and Japanese food. Unfortunately, traditional food from Bali itself was limited. Good wifi connection. The staff were very nice and responsive for our requests. Unfortunately, the room was not cleaned properly - there were oily spots on the floor.

The Nusa Dua area has many hotels servicing the capacious Bali Nusa Dua Convention Center. The high end are grand, but charge like bulls. The low end are long walks inland, and do not offer full service. The Melia was in the Goldilocks zone. Just right. From the check in to the post checkout time spent in a complimentary VIP... More

The Resort has all facilities, however the service provided by Sumartha at Guest Relations is and was exceptional. He was very pleasant and very honest with following through on requests and always with a smile. I have stayed at a lot of resorts and never have I been made to feel as though the resort is genuinely trying to ensure... More

A heavenly place to spend a week. Everything was excellent. Didn't want to leave! Rooms - huge bed, comfiest pillows EVER, big tv with lots of channels, good air con (although settings are off, low, medium, high which isn't as convenient as a temperature dial), and a spacious bathroom with free toiletries (although you have to shower in the bath,...
