My Girlfriend and I stayed here for a getaway and were astounded at the lack of service that the place provided. I hadn't been to Bali previously but she had always spoken highly of her prior experiences at hotels. The Hotel staff greeted us disdainfully and were unhelpful. The general staff were nice enough but couldn't speak English well, and... More

Purchased a voucher via groupon or the like. The room was basic & ok but noise carried through the hotel terribly. The hotel definitely caters to the Asian market with karaoke lounge and a very sterile bar area. Oh breakfast is poor - asian breakfast options toaster doesn't work no cereal no eastern hot options and poor hygiene practices from... More

The photos do not show the construction site next door! No atmosphere here and we spent our time at a neighbouring beach resort that had some facilities! The room was ok though a very mouldy shower and noise from other rooms at all hours.

We arrived late at night without having anything booked and got a fantastic room after they upgraded us for free. Pool view from third floor with great bed, lots of channels on the tv and fresh and clean. All staff were lovely and breakfast buffe enormous and so good. We stayed for two nights and it was easy to walk... More

Good choice, clean environment, nice room and sun bathing area. Great breakfast because they serve pork bacon!! But you need to pay more attention to your plastic room key, any damage you made to the key, you will be charged $50. I wont make any comment about the rate this time because this is a business trip.

I stayed for the first time at this resort during my trip to Bali from 18-Sep-2013 to 23-Sep-2013. I found the room to be clean and well managed. The view of the sea from the balcony is excellent. Water sports facilities are just 5 mins walk away. Contrary to the experience of some of the other reviewers, I found the... More

I went on a 5-night trip to Bali for Valentines. For our first night, we decided on Nusa Dua as it is quieter and we thought to try a 5-star for indulgence as this is what is rated on agoda.com. When you arrived, you immediately sensed something is wrong! The arrival area has zero staff. You carry your own luggage... More

First time come across a hotel CHARGE US$50 for losing the plastic card room key. A stupid plastic sheet cost US$50.00? Moreover, the hotel restaurant is full of flies. You can see them laying on breads and if dishes were not cover up by the diners, you can see the flies starts to lay on the food ...yaks! Moreover, the... More

This is the worst resort I have been to. Food is bad. Service staff are polite. One key card cost usd50 if lost. This is absolutely ridiculous. Location is bad. I certainly do not recommend this resort to my friends who are going Bali. Restaurant has too many houseflies. Nocredit card facilities.

The hotel room is terribly small. The location is also very inconvenient. If you are traveling to Bali for the beaches then I wouldn't recommend staying here. The selection at breakfast is also quite minimal so don't expect to have a satisfying meal. There are many eateries on the street the hotel is located, go outside and you can find... More
