We had a fabulous stay at Hotel Puri Tanah Lot. The staff were fantastic and nothing was a bother, even a middle of the night call for water after a big night at sunset drinks on the beach! Very roomy, clean rooms with Air Con and a pool. Run by a Balinese family if you want simplicity & close to... More

This is my 4th visit to Bali & I've always had the most amazing time. This was the first time I have travelled alone. I checked in on the Friday at a cost of 275.00 rph ($27) its basic accommodation but that was fine! I had my room made up on the Saturday I first noticed my bank card had... More

Unfortunately not a lot of positive feelings for this place. I originally booked 4 nights here but ended up staying for the 1. On the face of it, it doesn't look too bad. A walk through the entrance and you're greeted with an inviting pool, sun loungers etc. I booked a room the day before and was shown one of... More

I have stayed at this hotel for several times since 2000. It have been renovated, pool remodeled, and new rooms added on the right side as u walk in. This is locally owned hotel with a wonder friendly staff. Once u stay here it is had to go anywhere else. If u know before u get here what pricing to... More

This hotel might be ok for a short budget stay, but don't expect any luxury for this money. Very basic rooms, the bed cover with a few stains. In bathroom the tap was leaking a bit. The good thing is they have wi-fi in the room which is a rarity for budget hotels in this area. But be prepared that... More

We stayed in an aircon room on ground floor (F3) . Despite the aircon there was musty smell in the room. The toilet with its dim lighting had a gloomy and unhygienic look. The bedsheets had seen better days. The breakfast was poor. Even the dinner was tasteless stuff. The restaurant staff appeared to be untrained and amateurish (off-school students?). The... More

We stayed a couple of nights here and glad we only booked the 2. The rooms were horrible. Our room smelt so bad from clogged up pipes that we spent most of the time with the doors open to let the smell out. The bathroom door nearly fell off when we opened it and the bathroom (and the whole room)... More

Everyone smokes in bali and the price of cigarettes are as affordable as plain water. The hotel offers good experience in terms of room service as the staffs are efficient other than each room has a private balcony where people could enjoy a clove cigarettes with partners or some solitude. Great breakfast in the restaurant, friendly staffs and most of... More

We stayed in one of the fan rooms overlooking the pool. The room was very basic, the breakfast was a joke, a single toast, no egg and no juice just a toast, might as well not offer anything. The pool is OK and the staff is friendly. For the price we payed we could get much much more.

Lovely friendly staff and their restaurant has absolutely amazing food at a budget price. At first I was unhappy with the room, it had a bad musty smell and the pillows were hard as rocks. But after a quick trip to the Carrefour by taxi I returned with new pillows, pillowslips, scented toilet and wardrobe refresher pouches, and a shower... More
