We stayed last year and this year but never again. Very reasonable price but too many problems. ALWAYS have room mixups, shockingly hard beds, huge, hard pillows, terrible towels, stinking bathroom most mornings, no or very little hot water at night, crappy buffet breakfast, bit better if ordered from menu, very poor tv choice, no dvd players in room. I found the management & all of the staff extremely professional , courtous & always available to assist as required. The Manager was available daily if assistance was required. Good food good location to shops, restuarants & beach more

We stayed at LOSARI BEACH INN Ujung Pandang, Sulawesi, Indonesia. Absolutely low quality for high price. Shower not working, TV programmes not available and AC sprayed water and little ice bits aller over our bed. more

Again with the room mix ups....just like in previous reviews. We were a group of 7 and had organized 3 rooms ( in advance ) but when we arrived, only one room was correct. Luckily it was mine he he. I am very disappointed with how bad this place has got. For this time we booked as a group.. 7 rooms for two weeks. Staff friendly. Huge hole in ceiling outside our door,towels across the dooorway to stop water going into our room from leaky ceiling. Main pool looked dirty other pool near villas okay. The Losari Hotel , Jalan Sahadewa 19 in Legian, Kuta area. Was there last weekend. THE THREE CONS... 1. Beware of bed bugs.
