Have just spent one week at the Samsara and we were pleasantly surprised at the hotel, although the reception area was a bit unusual, not like other hotels at all. The staff were very nice, and nothing was a problem, all you had to do was ask and you received. We loved the location, and it was very quiet at... more

At $50 per night this room was poor value for money, compared to other options available in Bali. The air conditioner hardly worked, room was small, no coffee making facilities and bathroom offered little privacy. Furniture was nice, and staff very friendly but that was not enough to redeem the place. Very central to Kuta/Legian, but one must be prepared... more

Close to everything, central, convenient , close to all the bustle and clubs and minus the noise when trying to sleep, only a few mins walk to poppies II, the memorial and all the shops are directly down the short lane way to the hotel. Transport always available nearby, clean tidy and nicely decored rooms. tip 1 . if you... more

I have been to Bali many times and know what to expect with different accomodation types, My recent stay at this hotel was very disapointing. The room was very basic, no phone or coffee making facilities. The worst part was the water, the water coming out of the shower was saltly, I have never had that in Bali before even... more

Although I'm used to staying in pretty nice hotels (perks of my job) I didn't expect much from Samsara beyond a nice bed to sleep in at night while visiting Bali. I liked the decor of the rooms - simple and functional (but it didn't have a closet - more like a ledge for you to put your stuff on... more

When we found out that we will be staying at a boutique hotel (thru a travel agent) we weren't expecting much. In fact, we didn’t want to pen too much hope as we were running out of options, with most hotels fully booked during the Dec period, Xmas week. However we were curious to know what's the big deal as... more

Stayed at Samsara hotel for two weeks, staff were very pleasant and helpful, food was pleasant. Its a lovely location, shops and nightlife is a stone throw away, however the hotel is tucked away from all the loud music. Would stay there again. more

This was my first trip to Bali. Coming back to the hotel each day was returning to a safe and peaceful haven. Samsara is a tranqil oasis right in the heart of bustling Kuta. You can be as noisy or as quiet as you like here. The place has a great ambience. There is always lots of friendly faces around... more

I found the Samsara just lovely. The staff were friendly, helpful and always happy to help. There is a fridge in the room but no minibar - perfect!! Minibar prices are always so incredibly overprices so why not buy my own drinks and keep them cold. Hairdryers are provided in each room and there is a lovely little spa room... more
