After researching new places to stay after not visiting for 4 years, came back to this place. Relaxed, rooms around the pool great, better than having to use lifts to and from your room. Staff friendly as usual, good variety of food. Massage centre was relaxing. Only issue was that the massages were on at night when the music was... More

Hotel is neat and clean but is very tired, but for a groups of guys getting away for an extended weekend exactly what was needed, as we did not spend time laying around in the room. Breakfast was very basic but enjoyed the freshly cooked eggs and omelet. Would stay here again with the guys next year.

I feel bad for not leaving a positive review as the hotel staff are really nice The food is average at best, the pool was nice but cold, the location is right on the busy strip, it was my first trip to Kuta and it will be my last, full of yobish drunk australians , this is basically a low... More

This hotel is well located if you head to kuta by foot, but a little tricky coming back from Kuta, if particularly busy which it was last week due to Ramadan. Rooms were quite spacious (we had just a standard or bottom of the range room), clean and serviced daily. Overall, in comparison to other places of similar vintage (Jayakarta... More

Stayed there for two weeks. The whole time from the moment I arrived, my room stunk of sewerage and we could barely use the bathroom as the stench was too bad. Staff were lazy, the day I arrived there was a tray of food outside the room next to mine and was still there two days later until it was... More

After the initial shock of disembarking in front of a boisterous Chinese type restaurant (complete with roast meats, live seafood tanks and a plethora of Aussie Buntings) and a loud live band which fronted the hotel we were quite relieved to discover that after the reception area, rooms were much more quiet and surrounded an elegant pool. So unless you're... More

Bogan City, made me feel embarrassed to call myself Australian. The bogans overtake the place and the hotel obviously embrace this. Its restaurant facing the road is called bloody sweet makes me cringe every time, the football flags everywhere discourage the relaxing Balinese vibe you come to Bali for. Definitely wont be back If you do enjoy that sort of... More
