Facts: -deluxe room was small, dark, had no windows. There were mirrors everywhere which made the room look a bit bigger and friendlier. :) we were happy as we only stayed In our room for sleeping purposes. With the curtains pulled in, it was so beautifully dark, you could not tell if it was day or night! - great for... More

My second stay here. This time in the top of the range suite and at a substantial discount online. The room is over 50 sqm and well furnished. Far better room service food than a year ago. The breakfast is as below average as it ever was and wifi is there only to give you the illusion of connectivity -... More

Checked in as a family of 3, with our 5yo daughter, from 30 November - 3 December 2014. Value for money for a lush-designed hotel! Near to Ngurah Rai International Airport (about 15-20 mins journey). Had no problems with the hotel staffs, the reception, baggage-boy were friendly and all smiles (eventhough we checked in at about 2200hrs). Didn't have any... More

Staff were beyond Rude, Unlike Balinese, I was utterly shocked, Pool stunk like pee, the rooms had mirrors above the toilet and shower and above the bath. I stood up on the bath to look into the fake recessed ceiling to find all sorts of wiring. The safe could be unlocked using any combination, and you could also pick it... More

The pictures of the hotel on agoda and google image got me all excited and ended up being a little disappointed. Interior wise, the rooms are alright - clean and tidy with striking modern designs I fancy about. However, the details are horrible with the interiors: many things like signs and even the gap between TV and wall are crudely... More

We arrived at Grand Mega for our first time in Bali on the same day that "schoolies" began. When the taxi pulled up to it on the main busy bypass we were a bit apprehensive that it would be loud and full of partygoers inside. Once inside we were relieved to find it really quiet and we were checked in... More

We stayed at Grand Mega for one night after our flight home got cancelled. The staff were really helpful and friendly, and could not do enough to help you. The rooms we were allocated were not amazing. They smelled damp and musty, and one of the air conditioners was leaking. We were only there one night, so not a big... More

I don’t understand how someone could rate this hotel with more than in between “Terrible” and “Poor”. The name is quite intriguing but once you arrive there and had the first closer look, it’s a total disappointment. The lobby is somehow OK, the staff friendly. On the way to the room you realize that the hotel is under renovation. The... More
