We booked this hotel to spend 3 days in our second visit to Bali. We were after a place in Legian in the USD 20-30 range. We booked 3 rooms via booking.com, for 4 people (1 couple and 2 friends) and when we got there they only had one room booked for us... The staff was very helpful and managed... More

Good quiet location in Legian. Very nice swimming pool for adults. Nice staff who gladly helps complaints. Breakfast is freshly cooked and is delicious. But the maintenance has still much to do at this resort. The staff must be controlled so that the guests have fewer reasons for complaints.

Room on ground floor was dirty, blocked toilet, wet toilet paper in outside shower, stained bath, floor, walls, fridge and pillowcases. Dusty and smelt funny. Got moved to 3rd floor apartment which was nicer, modern interior, but dusty and not well looked after. Upon arrival staff barely spoke a word of English and after 4pm they are MIA. Pool looked... I stayed about 3 weeks here. The second and third floor are much better than the first floor. You should ask the reception if it's available. The price is the same so I felt it's not really fair. The location is good, close to the beach, easy to go to Kuta, main Legian street and Seminyak. Wifi is ok but... More

Remember, you stay near Kuta, close to the beach, very touristic etc. That's were my review is based on! Location: perfect! Close to everything, restaurants/beach/bars! Everything in walking distance. Rooms: yes they do need a little painting and some more cleaning but the bed was briljant, slept like a child, no noise from drunk people or music from bars, and... We stayed here Decemder 2013 and booked studio rooms. Checked them out and immediately ask to change. We were given 101 and 102 deluxe. 101 was very musty and the outdoor bathroom leaked and floor was slippery! Deluxe rooms 106 and 107 were much better! The staff were great and helpful. No buffet breakfast is available despite amazing set up.... More

On first arrriving the gounds, pool & surrounds and dining area are very pleasant, spacious and clean. Declining the first 2 rooms I asked to view due to the lack of cleanliness, broken light fittings, holes in walls, & mouldy smell, I accepted room 206, everything worked, a few broken tiles in bathroom, but for the price I was happy....
