This was a lovely hotel, however Reception staff need a big dose of happy pills. We booked 8 months in advance and a total of 5 rooms with 2 being interconnecting due to 2 young children. We didn't get interconnecting and they told us they would sort out tomorrow. We put up with it for 1 night, separating with a... More

This is quite the most squallid three star hotel I've been since organized high school trips. The guests are equally squallid. I begin by saying: -not clean room -old structure with gaps in doors and windows that -surprise!- transform your stay in mosquito seek and hunt -the first night we found a lizard in the room. No apologies fron the... More

Was OK for the Value of the Money. Room was clean and the staff are friendly. Could probably do with a Renovation in the room that I stayed in anyway. Pool area was great and the Breakfast was Ok. Very central location which was convenient and close to everything. Overall I would stay here again, should I choose to stay... More

Stayed here for 3 nights in a Deluxe room. Room was average - big bed. Air con did not turn down very low and was very noisy. Found a huge cockroach in the room which grossed me out! Could do with new shower curtains too. The pool area was great, two big pools with plenty of chairs. Think it would... More

Check in a joke our room wasn't ready till nearly 7pm no apology or anything, then the double bed was two singles pushed together not ideal with a gap between. Forget the pool other patrons stake the sun loungers well before 8.30am and then leaving them for long periods of time eg:over an hour or two at least before one... More

First impressions were not good to be honest, check in not so friendly, booked a double room and got 2 single beds. They said the would check the next day to see if they had a double room, i thought that would never happen. We managed (my wife and I) to slide the 2 single beds together, which was ok.... More

We stayed here as a couple in June this year. We booked a "deluxe room" online and as soon as we arrived to check in we were upgraded free of charge to a superior room right above the pool. It was amazing, the only problem was how far away our rooms were from the front of the lobby but walking... More

We stayed 22 nights room was a good as 5 star. Was not one of the renovated rooms. Only complaint was the hardness of the bed. If you like a firm mattress then all good. Staff like everywhere in Bali fantastic. The rooms when someone leaves are totally stripped. All furniture out of room and cleaned. Restaurant not as good... More

We booked into the hotel and we had asked for rooms near the pool, they were being renovated so they tried to stick us down the back in a stinky, musty room near the laundry. We never received the welcome drink or any sort of recognition at all. My partner complained and they said we could have another room known... More
