I stayed for 2 nights there(may 11th-may 13th) I' m quite pleased with this hotel coz it has a good location, not far from airport and beach. It's convenient for me to shop around kuta too. The room's small but clean and comfortable with complete amenities in the bathroom. The staff are friendly also.

This hotel was great value, clean rooms, fab breakfast and helpful staff. The pool on the roof top was very impressive at sunset but quite small for the number of guests and only around ten sun loungers.

It was a last minute short trip before our proper honey moon in Tokyo, it was great! the staffs are super friendly, there's 24hrs convenient shop within walking distance. This hotel is ok if u don't mind chickens waking you up all hours of the night, Mosquitos attacking u all day, and not being able to leave any food or drinks out because it will be covered in ants within an hour. First time here at Best Western. The staff here are all lovely. Travelled with an infant and they adored him here and he was well known by all the staff. Very white, fair hair, blue eyes. Best Western kuta is conveniently located near the beach and also the small alleyways leading to poppies street and legian. Makes for an interesting stroll in the afternoons but can be dark at night, not advisable to walk through them alone in the wee hours of the morning.
