The rooms here have no windows! Be aware of false advertising. No view here means No window!!! Very poor customer service! The room and as clean, but since there is as no window... Was stinky. Lots of strange people wandering in lobby, made me feel unsafe! I would never go back there again!

I was stay 1 night in this hotel with kidz, They have kidz room and small swimming pool. The point that WOW me is their bedroom, it is big for 3 stars hotel. The staff were helpful, specially the security, helping people with umbrella when rainy while open and close the doors and still keep Smile and polite, its rare... More

Stayed in Jan 2016 for 5 nights. Room was a triple for myself, wife and daughter. Little tired but quite comfortable. Pool was small but had no problems with too many people and the poolbar was nice and convenient for cold ones during a swim. Staff all friendly and happy to help. Location is good with either a 15min walk... More

The air-conditioner in our room did not work. On repeated request, after 2 days, they brought a pedestal fan in our room-it was covered with cob-webs and whirred so slowly! The balcony was sealed off though we could see it through the glass ('you have booked a superior room, not a deluxe one'-whatever that meant), and this was full of... More

We upgraded our room to a balcony as couldn't face not having a window. The room was clean and comfortable. Buffet style breakfast with plenty of choices. The restaurant had a good menu and the food was good. They also had a BBQ evening which was well organized and reasonably priced. The only downside was the location, but they provided... More

Our first night at the hotel was interesting, we arrived at the hotel late at night, then shown to our superior room which on the outset looked lovely (no different to a standard double room ). Went to bed got up the next morning covered in bites, could not have been the mozzies as we had not been out and... More

Good service, nice breakfast, clean and peaceful, nearby have Giant (by walking distance only 5-10mins) overall is worthy of price. Welcome dinner is just a very simple food, and free massage only average, but the hotel price consider worthy (Around RM900+-), travelling on last year Oct 2015. Definitely can stay here with friends and family.

My room was lovely and spacious and clean, the place is like a maze though after a few days I worked out where I'm going! Restaurant was ok with big choice for breakfast.. Kinda in the middle of nowhere, although they do provide free shuttle bus to the town. Bed was so comfy thank you :)
