Staff were very accommodating and did their best too, breakfast is excellent at the lobby cafe(missing the food now). Arranged a surprise sort of engagement dinner for a couple with us and the staff were very helpful with our plans. will stay... More

Pros: Service by the hotel staff is good as they try to accommodate your requests the best that they can and have friendly attitude. Cafe is nice. Location is also good as it is just a few minutes walk away from the nightlife and kuta beach. Cons: We had a pool facing room, as requested by us but we had... More

I stayed here in January 2015 with my girlfriend and her cousin, thank god it was only one night. The room is absolutely terrible, upon entrance you are met with a strong dampness smell, then looking towards the walls you can see mold growing. The bedsheets where very damp border-lining wet. The bathroom is at least 20 years old and... More

It is in a very good location not only because it is near to Beachwalk Bali, it is also very near to the beach (appx. 10 mts walk) and many shops around. We were given room no. 307, which I highly recommended NOT to accept this room. As we open the window we only get a view of the wall... More

But i love the swimming pool and the lobby is really good. The location is not that far from beach. Overall ok but need... More

The rooms was good, most of the rooms are facing pool. The pool is well maintain and clean. The receptionist and staff was helpful, they even carried our luggage to the room, maybe because there was... More

Stayed here for 6D5N for our good friend's wedding. Location is good near to all everything you need - food, clothes, shopping mall, beach etc. Something i felt that i am not satisfied is the money we paid for. We paid for a pool view room but we don't really get the pool view. It is a 3-level hotel and... More

Economy and quality hotel. The price and the product match to each other whit out compromising the guest experience. We stayed here for 10 days and the hotel is walking distance to the beach, mall, shops and restaurants. Too bad theres no breakfast included but great opportunity to try other shops. Service is great and pool was not that bad.... More
