There were a few faults but in the end was it enough to ruin our holiday...NO!! We stayed in y block which over looks the beautiful pool. Unfortunately we were on the 3rd floor and with no lift so there were lots of steps to climb. Was going to ask to move but in the end we decided this would... More

We had an interconnecting room which offered loads of space for our family. Rooms serviced daily although they are in need of an overhaul. We purchased our own cleaning products to give the bath tub, shower tiles (mouldy) and toilet a clean.

Facilities were traditional and nice however the air-conditioning barely worked, wifi was not included and you had to pay for it. You also had to pay for any phone calls you made. The buffet breakfast was the same everyday and very small compared to other hotels. Found only one staff member helpful. We had originally booked for late check out... More

The standard rooms good and well maintained. Great pool and easy access to the Legian Beach , just behind. Breakfast buffet also a nice lay out with plenty to choose from. Access into and out of the hotel by taxi was a problem, during the new Year's period, requiring 5 hours to arrive( 29/1/14) from the airport - almost three... More

Recently stayed at this hotel for the fifth time and each time you know what you are going to get. The staff are awesome, the facilities and grounds are very well kept and the pools are great, often quiet and not reflecting how big and how many people may be staying there. The rooms are simple but solid with marble... More

Kumala Pantai was fantastic. We will definitely return. The hotel was clean, safe and peaceful. Pools were huge with a great mix of shade and sun and plenty of pool lounges. We had an Ambassador Suite with an extra bed. The rooms were enormous even with 3 beds in them. I didn't request twin beds in the second room but... More

Second stay at KP, this time upgraded to the President Suite. Quite the comical looking room with oversized furniture, chandeliers and a whole lot of empty display cabinets. Having said that, the size is great for our family of four with two bedrooms, huge living/dining a weird bar/kitchen area with large fridge and microwave as well as two bathrooms and... More

My wife and I stayed at this hotel with another couple in July 2014. This was our first time staying here, but our friends have been here over 10 times. In their opinion, it is one of the best value hotels in the area. We only stayed for 2 nights as we were transferring to another hotel on Gill T.... More

This is the second time I have stayed at the hotel and it is a great place for the price. It is set just off the beach, in a great location for shops and bars in the legion area. The rooms are a nice size with a balcony that will be overlooking the lush gardens or pool area. The rooms... More
