We made our booking online for a one bedroom with a private pool 5 weeks prior to our trip. We arrived at the property to check-in and were shown a tiny room with no private pool. They had overbooked and given our room away. The alternate room they were offering us was very unclean, tiny, shabby and didn't have a... More

Great value accommodation. Not a very private pool as many other villas can see right in, including the second elephant villa but my partner and I still enjoyed having a swim and laying in the sun. For the price it was good. Television is old and DVD player didn't work. Bed was comfy and big. Room was quite spacious. Room... More

This is a very small hotel with only 2 rooms. The rooms are a decent size but pretty basic. The toilet outside only has a shower curtain and the bath around the corner is a little old. The beds are not the most comfortable in the world but are big with a nice mosquito net. There are a number of... More

woman staff is friendly. the bed is warm and comfy but the swimming pool looks a little bit dirty and full of bugs in the morning. I ordered Nasi Goreng for dinner and it was very delicious.

My wife and I were welcomed by a friendly and smiling young woman who brought us to our villa. There are three villas: two for guests and one for the staff. All three are behind a fence, which gives your stay a very private feeling. In our case, the other villa was vacant so it was just us and the... More

We booked weeks in advance for a 4 night stay - When we turned up the pool was filthy green.... the toilet had backed-up and stank of raw sewerage. We were the only "guests" here. We let the staff know we weren't happy and they offered to take us to the "new" Bali Golden Elephants instead. On arrival things seemed... More

When we first arrived at Bali Elephant Villas we weren't allowed to get out of our car, being told that we were being sent to the 'other' Bali Elephant Villa. We drove to our new location which was fiftenen minutes away, in the middle of virtually nowhere. We were told that we had been upgraded but the 'Golden Bali Elephant... More
