The hotel was kept very clean, especially the pool. We've seen a lot of bad pools around Thailand and Malaysia so were dubious about a hotel with a pool, but it was pleasant for swimming in and kept very clean. The rooms were spacious, and although it was clearly two single beds pushed together it was still quite comfy. The... More

We've got robbed last month in our room. It is a known fact that some people in Bali might steel small parts of you cash, so you won't even notice you have less, but in our case they stold all the cash from both wallets while we were at the pool or at the hotel restaurant. The manager tried to... More

Having had our wedding ceremony and reception at the wida in 2010 we returned with our 3year ole daughter named Bali. The staff doted on her like she was family. The kids section of the pool is perfect and she spent hours in it. Room was clean and cold air conditioning was great. Definitely recommend the wida for staff, location... More

The staff were lovely, the place was clean and the location was excellent. The plumbing was terrible. 3 days running I had a cold shower, I informed the desk and they agreed there was a problem but did nothing about it. 5 am before my flight I was unable to have a hot shower, not even a warm one. Nil... More

I loved this hotel. I'm not into big hotels with rooms miles from pool or reception. I booked a ground floor room and it was 8 steps to pool. I stayed with my daughter and my girlfriend and her daughter. My girlfriend thought it was OK but she much prefers high end places and I'm much more easy to please.... More

Amaz value. Standard over all expectations for the price I paid. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. the hotel itself is small, which was great because it felt more cosy and personal. Rooms were actually pretty large and with a king size. The only issue, which is not really an issue... was the lightning. It became pretty dark at... More
