We were disappointed with this hotel. Whilst the restaurant, bar and swimming pool area is absolutely stunning, and is the food and the cocktails, the rooms themselves are small and outdated. Mosquitos were a problem at night in our room too. As regular visitors to Bali we usually stay in Seminyak and will definitely head back to this area next... more

Stayed there for a few nights over the preceded weekend. When we reached there, we were given a room not satisfactory to us and I made a small request to change it. The receptionist on duty was spot on, took ramifications immediately and had everything put in place for us. Breakfast is delightful, this hotel is very clean and presentable... more

The place is across the road from the beach. So location wise it's perfect. However, the location also came with the bumper-to-bumper traffic. The room was with a balcony that provided a great view. Great hotel a little pricey but has been refurbished to a high standard small personal great friendly staff, rooms beautiful fantastic location . This is our third stay here in the last 10 years, Hotel has changed owners and has been revamped hence the price increase but was still a great place to stay. Cheers Steve Western Australia more

It was our first trip to the south east asia...my wife really wanted to go to Bali. The place is right on the beach so location wise it's perfect. The room was also great with a balcony that provided a great view. The food wasn't very good but the restaurants closeby are very very good with some amazing local food.... more

For a 4 star hotel I was very disappointed. We had to constantly remind staff to refill fridge in room. We had the airconditioning leaking all over the floor and had to keep putting a towel on the floor so we wouldn't slip.Three times they tried to fix it and still leaked.
