loved everything about it, location, decor, pool, staff, food I was there for a week alone and it was my birthday. The GM and the staff brought me a cake and made my day. No other place for me next time, this feels perfect.

We stayed at Alam Puri for 6 nights. We are a family of 4, 2 daughters aged 11, 8 at the time. The pool was beautiful, restaurant was nice, limited menu. Our 2 room villa had a kitchen that we couldn't use because of flooding, the door to the kitchen stayed locked. The room where the children slept was nice,... More

We were a bit unsure about this hotel prior to arriving, as we realised that it wasn't actually in Ubud, even though it says it is. However...DON'T LET THAT PUT YOU OFF!! This is a very relaxing place, in beautiful surroundings, and extremely peaceful. The large swimming pool is great. Don't expect the pool bar to be open as there... More

We were seduced by the lovely photos on the internet before we made our booking and were not disappointed on our arrival. The staff were very welcoming, as are all the Balinese people, and the gardens are exceptionally beautiful. Our room had some Balinese paintings and was large with king sized bed and huge dressing room area and nice bathroom.... More

Pros- the staff was very friendly. The place was nice but not worth the money except they had a deal on their website which included a lunch, dinner, 1 hour massage, and airport pickup and drop off for the two of us. The airport pick up and drop off was great and is about a 30 min drive without traffic,... More

Fell in love with Alam Puri from the photos on the internet and we weren't disappointed! We wanted traditional Balinese architecture, as was our first time to Bali, so wanted to get a feel for the place and it definately did this. The gardens are beautiful and our 2 x bedroom villa was great, not painted to perfection, but we... More

We have stayed here twice now over the last 9 years and enjoyed both times. The staff are nice but that goes without saying in Bali. The resort is generally good but is showing signs of wear on the cabinets and doors. We travel with two 7 year olds and they loved the pools but found the menu very limited... More

Rating 3,5. This place is in the middle of nowhere and the place if you want to take it easy for a few days. You can take a bike to explore or taxi to " nearby" little town but you have to wait a long time to get a taxi from the hotel. Lots of natural sounds from water, birds,... More
