We booked Wiradana Suite. It is not a Suite in hoteliers terms. The hotel is old fashion which is fine and has character but some basics are not there. Room smells on entry. Air condition making noise and just about falling down. Had to fix it myself. Poor. The room smells of a sewer and cannot keep the bathroom door... More

Good: The most beautiful hotel I've been to. It has a stunning pool and the views over the rice paddies and river are spectacular. We had the royal villa at a great price. Huge lobby area, massive bedroom with equally massive bed. Bathroom includes shower and a bath AND a private plunge pool. Marble floors, and nice decor. Bad: Literally... More

The bad - Our first experience of the hotel was scary as we arrived at night. The resort is very dimly lit and lots of frogs & lizards on the pathway to your room. So the initial feel was very eerie. We stayed in the Ark Villa right at the bottom so there are quite a few steps to go... More

After a long flight from Europe this was what we needed.A wonderful place with calm and harmony where we stayed for four nights. The private pool waited for you just outside your villa..The view from the hotelpool over the ricefieldss !

It was a good 45min drive by the hotel staff. The hotel was on the outskirts of Denpasar. It was totally isolated and nowhere near anything but forest. It was not possible to walk out after 7. No entertainment nearby, nor a cafe, restaurant shopping centre. Fuzzy bad signal TV ruined a good movie while we were there. On a... More

We booked this resort via deals.com. We got a 2 bedroom villa. Read the reviews and it looked good from the pictures as well.. When we arrived at Denpasar, we were told it would be a 50 minutes drive to the resort.. We arrived at the resort and realised there was nothing around that area.. We checked in to our... More

The advertising of this resort as 'South Ubud' is completely and deliberately misleading. It is nowhere in the vicinity of Ubud which is 30 to 45 mins away by taxi. The position is on the outskirts of Denpasar. It is completely isolated with access to nothing but a rice paddy, it is not even possible to walk anywhere outside the... More

I rented the Single Room Royal Pool Villa for two weeks. A beautiful room with marble floors great for asthmatics like me. Good sized desk and reasonable breakfast/sitting area. Only two criticisms: The room is up against a Balinese style house with garden and pigs, therefore occasional noises and smells. The restaurant, may have improved but a limited menu and... More

beautiful hotel. contains 13 houses. We were there in a group of 5. we paid for a hotel card. Internet. Unfortunately, we have not slept, we have changed our hotel. we expected more urban entertainment in Bali. Hotel is a good example for young couples: romance, solitude, rice fields, in one word beautiful. If I ever went with a loved... More
