Me and my family stayed in The Citta for a night because they have to catch for another flight so I booked it just to make sure they won't missed the flight. We found this place is really a bliss. The housekeeping helped us a lot and I really appreciated that since my mum is a little bit..tough. The rooms... More

This was my first time in Bali and I was unsure what to expect. When the taxi arrived at The Citta , were greeted with friendly smiles and service to carry our bags to the villa. We stayed in Jasmine. A very clean , spacious villa with air-conditioning. Open the side door and it's one step in the pool ,... More

We went as a group from Ubud and stayed in Jasmine villa for 2 nights! It is a bit difficult to find, as our taxi driver couldn't find it- but luckily with a bit of trial and error we found the street. I would recommend calling them before you get there to get the proper address as the one on... More

Our 5 nights stay (3 nights in bouganville & 2 nights in Lotus) was very memorable. With only 5 villas in the property, you get the privacy. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Good value for money and would definitely recommend to stay. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They can definitely improve their breakfast options as it is a... More

With only 5 villas, this is a great place to stay, if you want some peace and quiet. Lovely setting with the pool and frangipani trees lining it. We stayed in the Lotus villa and it was very comfortable. The staff are also very helpful and courteous. Its slightly out of the way, but its easy to arrange for taxis... More

I booked here based on the TripAdvisor ranking and wasn't disappointed. From the time Mario picked me up from the airport through to dropping me off the next morning, him and his team were spot on in their customer service and genuinely engaging at the same time - it didn't hurt that Mario and I are both into motorbikes. The... More

There were some confusions of our booking details when we arrived. However, the manager had no hesitation to make all the efforts to solve problems and he sorted everithing out eventually. When we had a warter leaking problem in our bathroom, the manager sent a staff right away, and the problem was fixed in 15 minutes. Staff were pleasantly friendly... More
