Its a nice place to stay in mussoorie. Away from the clutter of buildings at an open place, yet quite close to mall road. Hotel is good place to stay overall, but there is some chance for improvement on service. Good staff behaviour overall but they could be more energy and enthusiasm in their approach to customer.

I have stayed in Number of Properties and in Mussoorie itself I have stayed in 6 property but HOTEL HARD ROCK is the worst ... no Service ethics... no care for Customer .. for Water I have to wait fo45 minutes...
