Helpful staff and good roof top restaurant. Great view of Ganges from the balcony and from the restaurant. Perfect location for walking along the river Ganges or strolling in Old Town. The only downside was that the room had dirty bedsheets and so thin walls that we heard everything the neighbours did (not always that nice...). more

Very friendly & welcoming guesthouse. You can't drive right to the door because the old city of Varanasi along the river is filled with small laneways. I booked a "private balcony room Ganges view" as they say on the website.. it was the most expensive because of the "private" balcony.. well, the balcony was just on a corner of the roof, WALL view... better view of the river from other larger and cheaper rooms..
