Booked this after looking at all the reviews and had high expectations. It's a well-maintained home with rooms to spare. Rooms are neat. Location is a bit tricky...one is bound to lose ones way particularly if going late evenings. Service is bare minimum as there are only a couple of hands and we are told they leave by late evening.... More

Stayed in Garden Villa, this only being my 4th day in India I had not experienced such a peaceful place, it was lovely being away from the hussle and bussle, There is only a few rooms, these several are all of a good size, have a tv, a/c unit, and large bathroom. Wifi is available through most parts of the... More

There was no room service whatsoever, the breakfast was Omlette toast and Real orange juice, on asking for towels we were made to wait on the pretext that there may not be any more towels, Mr Rajbansh misguided us to leave early to Delhi on the Holi celebration day stating that people pelt stones on Yamuna Highway, bullcrap! The whole... More

I have stayed at Garden Villa many times and it was the obvious choice of where to take my group when in Agra... Mr Rajbansh has a lovely home and pretty gardens which he opens to guests. All 7 of the rooms are of a nice size, have a tv, a/c unit, and large bathroom. Wifi is available free of... More

This was a lovely sight to see! After the crazy sounds of the Indian roads, this was like a mini tranquil paradise! A group of 13 of us turned up, were all shown what villa we'd be staying in and then followed the smell of home-cooked food for the evening. The room was very spacious. The double room had a... More

Arriving at the homestay we had a fantastic warm welcome off the owners and staff, the smell of home cooked food wafted out of the kitchen area and we were taken to our spacious rooms. The rooms have wardrobes, seats for leisurely reading, large beds with crisp clean linen. There is wifi access available at request of password and even... More

While a short distance out of the main area of Agra, this gives this homestay a real advantage. Spacious rooms, great hosts, good food and service 'above and beyond' makes this a 'come back' address. The ride into town is not expensive so being here is not a huge drawback...but be warned...not everyone knows where it is, even it they... More

We only stayed a night, but it was a nice place with a dull breakfast. Rooms are hotel standard with great amenities but it was VERY difficult to find. A great place to stay away from the busy city. Would stay here again if I were to be in town.

It is a family run place and no hotel in a nice neighborhood/suburb of the town. Mr. Rajbansh and his family takes care of their guests personally. The rooms are large, very clean and comfortable. The food prepared by Mrs. Rajbansh was delicious and the warm, fresh chapaties made us feel at home. Thank you for the pleasant stay..
