We went in as a family in our first visit to Agra. The overnight stay was quite comfortable to the cost that was offered Service was quite reasonable, we had our breakfast and dinner which was ok. The room that was offered to us was bit clean and the washroom was average as well. more

Enjoy Agra and please, don't go in this hotel if you don't want to loose the incredible Taj Mahal experience in just one night in this terrible hotel ! No charm (everything is absolutely grey) - Not clean - No quiet (you hear everything that occur in the other rooms...) and the breakfast is a terrible experience ! Best, Yann more

From the outside this hotel looks like a large, reasonable establishment, but once you enter things rapidly go downhill. The lift was broken. The rooms are dingy and dirty. Avoid this hotel. The bedroom and bathroom were very dirty and it was incredibly noisy. The food in the restaurant was okay but the service was very slow.
