My room was noisy due to construction nearby, and the female staff at the front desk told me the noise would stop at 6 PM "...perhaps...". I called the lady manager and she apologized and moved me at once. The hotel is an old residence, remodeled, with large rooms around a lovely central garden. The breakfast was excellent. I was really disappointed with this hotel. My room was very noisy, heard clearly the staff chatting outside my room early in the morning. The minibar was empty when I arrived.
