Wow, what an experience. The hotel takes us back to the colonial times. The well kept gardens and the pool, were beautiful. Enjoyed the wine and tea in the gardens. Friendly and smiling staff, delicious food and prompt service, made our stay memorable.

After a long drive from Jaipur, The Grand Imperial was an oasis in a desert. The colonial style Mughal - British architecture is well maintained. The staff ever smiling and very helpful, the food in their restaurant was just to our taste, lovely pool and services. The Wonderful Experience !!!!!!

This hotel is really overpriced looking at the small size of the property and unprofessional attitude of the staff. Not recommended at all. Service is absolutely bad. Even after requesting ten times for a service, you would not get a response. Location is also not good. Though rooms are spacious and clean.

I stayed one night at the hotel. The location is excellant right in the centre of Agra. . It is a Heritage Hotel building The courtesy starts from the main Gate itself as every staff is trained to greet the guest with Namaste. My check in was very quick as my room was booked earlier. The Hotels resembles a Palace... More

Bad service and unprofessional attitude. Room service took more than an hour. They did not have any eggs for breakfast (and we got told half an hour after we had ordered), the chutney for the idlis came after we had finished (despite asking twice for the same). Moreover, despite filling out the Comments Card and leaving comments in the register at... More

Not the best of the stays on our Golden Triangle tour. Its an old heritage hotel which is overdue for maintenance. The bathrooms are gloomy and dark. You get rusted water in the taps. The water smells rusty too.

We stayed here for a week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. We loved the decor and the ambiance. The gardens were a welcome retreat after a day out and about. The food was great. We intend to return next year.

Our stay in the hotel was not at all good. Firstly the food is over expensive. We organised a lunch for 10 peole and the food the hotel provided was pathetic. Secondly the main staff especially the receptionists are very ill behaved. Overall will never stay in this hotel neither will advice any of my friend and family to do... More

During our stay at the Grand Imperial there was a wedding taking place in the courtyard that kept us awake all night, the food was average and we weren't allowed to use the pool because of the wedding. This simply wasn't good enough and we were not informed about any of this before arriving. I must acknowledge that this could... More
