We stayed one night here in a smallish room close to reception. Front desk staff surly and unhelpful although another staff member later recognized this and came to give us flowers as a welcome to the hotel. All in all pretty shabby and not at all "grand". Bathroom lighting poor; extra bed a very dirty mattress; had to ask for... More

Its a wonderful property in Agra. 1. The lawn and swimming pool were well-maintained. 2. Breakfast (complimentary) was good. 3. Rooms are huge, and well kept. 4. The staff is polite and all ears. The team is led by Mr. Harsh Saxena. Mr. Mohd Zaid, Ms Gunjan and Ms Saba and other staff members were very congenial. Thanks to all... More

We stayed in 2 fabulous rooms for 2 nights. The colonial rooms and furniture are great, and ours had a second door opening onto the pool. However, the staff - especially the woman at the front desk - were not particularly friendly, and we were shocked by the poor maintenance. The outdoor chairs were covered with bird poop, and the... We were disappointed in this hotel & would not recommend. The place could be so much better with some TLC and this was reflected in the staff service which we found to be a bit surly in the main. We had 2 nights there, first impressions count so whilst it was nice to be presented with a flower garland as... More

I didn't knew that heritage hotel is some place where the management use old obsolete stuff. Room wasn't that great, toilet was terrible, quality of the soaps and other items provided were terrible. No free Wifi, Break-fast is the poorest of the lot. After having stayed in a good hotel in Delhi we really struggled. Poor hotel, not recommended. We... More

This hotel is visually impressive from first sight. Staff are very helpful and cooperative. Rooms are good and meals are good and varied and served in the restaurant which gives you a 'real feel' of India

I spent two nights with a friend visiting from the US. Thought that a 'heritage experience' would highlight the trip. Pros: 1) Excellent colonial furniture in the room, including a four poster bed. 2) We were given an upgrade to a suite (Room 209) Cons: 1) Front room staff (the lady) speaks poor English and not friendly. 2) Bath fittings... Dear Guest, Sometimes guests forget their room numbers, whilst ordering room service, which results in a mix up . We do not encourage tipping, and appropriate action will be taken, against the person concerned. For the convenience of having pure water for the safety of our guests, the plant runs only during the hours when guests are not in their... More

Very nice grounds, rooms were large, bathroom needs to be updated, no inroom safe. Love the colonial style room which you lock with a traditional padlock!
