We expected sakura agra to be a nice hotel after checking their website in advance. reservation and free pick-up worked well, but we were almost forced to book a driver for the rest of the day. internet is really expensive compared to other places. the reserved room was supposed to be 1200rupies. upon arrival we were shown several rooms which... Sakura Hotel is right in the middle of Agra, the road it is on is so busy at all times and the minute you leave the Hotel, Rickshaw drivers are bombarding you. It is very difficult to walk anywhere around this area due to the constant pressure. Sakura's reception is dirty, dark and unwelcoming. Twice I saw mice running across... More

Ramu, the owner is very helpful and present for you, he will never try to cheat you, and that's very helpful knowing a confident person in India you can trust me! He helped me to find other accomodations other cities, always I had nothing bad to say. The hostel is comfortable and the food cheap and good. The best place... More

Stayed for one night in this hotel. The owner is very friendly and proud of what he is developing. Although the hotel needs some updating it was clear that the owner is working hard to do so. We had a nice room (double suite) for a good price. Hygiene wasn't as good as I had hoped for; some dead bug... More

This is a very special place for me because was the last hotel I stayed at when visited India. The prices are excellent and you will always have the chance to deal with Ramu, the owner and previously in charge of the kitchen also, so if you hve any trouble with your food just go to Ramu. I have an... More

This is a beautiful hotel. Excellent location. Very good rooms. Very clean and very friendly personnel. But, I think that is very important to find a good guide for to know the city. I Met one good guide and driver, Janu Khan. He is really friendly and a very good guide and, he speaks a very good english. He knows... More

the owner was very helpful and honest. his prices were a lot cheaper as he goes by word of mouth rather than collecting commission from the rickshaw/taxi drivers. the top range rooms have been recently renovated but were very affordable; nice 4-post beds with soft mattresses and plenty of warm clean bedding. the shower was the best in india; hot... When we first arrived and saw the reception area - with its untidy desks and messy bookcases scattered with dog-eared books and loose papers - I felt quite disappointed. I was also unimpressed by our room, which was very cold, as I suppose, with it being winter, I should have expected. As with many other hotels we have stayed at... More

The hotel itself is horrible, the rooms are very dusty. But the owner and the food from hotel's restaurant was great. The bus station was just beside the hotel, and we found it very handy. If you don't expect a lot book this hotel.
