This hotel is fabulous........from the lobby and arrival to the bedrooms. I had a beautiful bedroom with balcony doors over looking the gardens....it was stunning and lived up to all my expectations. During my stay I also required medical attention and the hotel arranged all for me with a local Doctor. Definitely 5 star service!!!

A bit late with this review. Stayed April 2014... Hotel amazing. My Sister and I booked this hotel for its close proximity to the Taj Mahal. Our room backed onto the vast beautiful well cared for gardens and a short stroll from the fab pool with gorgeous sun beds. The pool attendant did everything for you....positioned the bed put out... A nice hotel in Agra area, rooms are big enough for tourists. Restaurants are nice, but very expensive. WiFi is available but for a fee. The problem came when I used a foreign credit card during check-out, they automatically converted the amount from INR to USD using an exchange rate, which was about 5% lower than the MasterCard/Visa uses. Although... More

This was my second trip to Agra but this time from the office with all the staff. We reached the hotel after a sizzling and most fun car ride at the Buddh Circuit on the way from our office in Delhi. The bus was not tiring for anyone as everyone played games, sang songs and enjoyed some ballon activties in... More

We were greeted with tea and a flower lei in the large arrival reception area. We stayed as part of a Golden Triangle Tour. No free Wi-Fi. In room safe. Staff helpful. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had nice toiletries. It was nice being able to open the door onto the balcony and look onto the garden. The... More

Jaypee Palace is a very good place to stay in Agra. The hotel is huge in size: gardens, pool and a jogging circuit surrounds the place. Rooms are big but found a lot of mosquitos inside. Bed was comfortable. The hotel has various restaurants. Among those we tried during breakfast 'The Grand Buffet', while 'Paatra' and 'C'est Chine' for dinner.... More

This trip we stayed in some spectacular hotels so it was a bit of a disappointment to stay here. It is decent enough but not outstanding. Rooms were fine, and staff were happy to help. Food was pretty standard. Loved being greeted with flower leis and tea! Very large hotel with lots to explore although most areas seemed empty.

We were very impressed when the tour bus rolled up to this beautiful hotel and we were greeted by well dressed people putting flower leis around our necks. The rooms were nice and spacious, but we once had to ask for more toilet paper and facial tissues. Not major issues but reflect the level of service. Rather than leaving an... More

My husband and I stayed at Jaypee Palace in Agra for one night. When we arrived they upgraded us to a beautiful suite. The hotel has five star facilities but the services weren't what one would expect from a five star establishment. Firstly you have to pay for Internet through a laborious & inefficient voucher system. Secondly, the service at... More
