The room service was fantastic - best tandoori chicken and chips, great pool (except for the pigeons), cable TV and a working air conditioner. However the cleanliness was terrible .... not sure how this happened but after housekeeping had been in the room the stench of stale ash tray was unbelievable - the bathroom was uninhabitable. The rooms and the room service was great but the restaurant was awful. The food was stale. Another drawback is that there are no other restaurants around so I was pretty much stranded at the hotel more

We have just returned from holiday inn, agra.it was an excellent experience there.i loved the hotel very much.it was equipped with everything i need . the gym,swimming pool and the excellent service by staff was good.so i recoomend u to stay there whjen u go to agra . more

Thsi hotel is a value for money. Excellent location and rooms are comfy. serice is superb and food is gr8. What else it is in the heart of the city and Taj Mahal trip from hotel is few minutes only. You must arrange for your cab to enjoy the city. more

The location of this hotel is a bit far from the famous Taj Mahal. Infact the hotel is located in the centre of the busy city with the police station right next door which is full of activity day and night. The best part of this hotel is its location. It is located in the heart of the city. The food served in the hotel is good but the service and the rooms in the hotel are not up to mark as it should be in a 5 star hotel. more

Hotel has now been re-badged as Hotel Marina. Once elegant hotel is showing signs of wear. Having said that room was very clean with view of Taj Mahal from window. Restaurant and bar were very good and staff very pleasant. Outdoor pool was fine but did not provide any showering or changing facilities. more
