Greeted by traditional Hindi doorman with salute upon coming and going! Excellent lounge and food service. Very generous policy with regard to late check-out. Convenient to Taj Mahal. And, an excellent value. more

We i.e. my sister & her family and me & my family had been to Trident Agra to celebrate our wedding anniversary on 23rd May. We had booked for 1 night at the hotel. This is a wonderful hotel built in a clean, crisp style but still with warm Indian features. My husband and I stayed one night in a pool view room and had dinner at the restaurant. Stayed here using our points... Fairly decent as it has the Hilton standards in terms of service etc. Location-wise it is quite close to the TAj but doesnt have a great view. The breakfast was great and the rooms were fairly decent. It is a decent value hotel in a place like Agra which has a lot of expensive hotels... more

Trident hotel is about a 15min drive from Agra Fort Station (trains to Jaipur, Udaipur & Delhi) and is close to the Taj Mahal, 10min by tuktuk. We heard from other travellers that they were sick in Agra because of the scam going on (tuktuk drivers asking tourist how long they are staying, where they are staying and recommending places... more

We arrived at the hotel in two cars and had to lug our luggage upto the reception from the parking...actually that spoilt the experience to a great extent. However, post this debacle, it was generally a good experience right through. The front desk was quite efficient and did well to accomodate our special requests (we were 3 families travelling together).... more
