We stayed here for one night, which was good. Location was ok, the rooms were clean and the staff were helpful enough. We didn't have breakfast here though. Agra wasn't our favourite place but the Taj was as amazing as people say. L&J

I visited this hell for one day. Pathetic rooms, no view from any room, no hot water and poor service. Never visit this hotel ever. I even dont feel like giving a single star to this hotel. They charge much more than what they deserve.

I've been to Agra 04/02 of Feb and I stayed in this hotel for a night. It was terrible, the people from the hotel were trying to take money from me all the time. The price is too elevated for the room; water tasted badly; I felt like the staff was stalking me to see what I would do. Plus... More

Hospitality is something that does not exist in their dictionary.... Rooms are clumsy ... water is terrible ( u cant even wash your mouth with the tap water).. The bread toaster of the hotel does not work and were served with completely burned ( black toasts) .... service is terrible and they have brokers and agents following your car to... More

We had gone to Agra on 7th Dec 2013 and stayed at this hotel. Most of the hotels were packed to the capacity so had to stick to this hotel. The best part of the hotel is its location (close to Taj mahal west gate and Red fort). Rooms were decent looking, so we took a deluxe room. But the... More

Hi, I stayed in this hotel in July 2013, with my wife. I was looking for the hotel and found many agents who recommended this hotel (acted as agent ) and would also escort you to the hotel. -- This shows how desperate they are too woo clients As it was late in night and no idea about the place,... I went to Agra with my family (my wife and 2 boys) on the 20th of March 2013 and stayed at The Taj Residency, Baluganj, till the 30th. The location of the hotel was very convenient, only a few kms from the Taj, in a quite & peaceful environment. The room we stayed in was well appointed, fresh and clean,... More

We visited Agra over the March 30th long weekend. We were driving back from Bharatpur and were caught up in a nasty traffic held-up by farmers just outside Agra. Most pricey hotels were booked and you could not even get any details by rude reception. We called a gew friends back in delhi - and they suggested their earlier stay... More
