A under maintained property which is slightly overrated too. Most of the staffs in the reception are not even averagely competent. It has got automated check in and check out system, but the has got some serious trouble in the process. I stayed at room 222 for two days which had issues with smart card entries and they couldn't resolve... More

The Good: - Great service - Variety complimentary breakfast. - walled pool. - Almost everything else. The Bad: - Parking is an issue. You get to park your vehicle, but getting it out needs calling people to move their cars, for which they have to be called from their rooms. It always takes 10 minutes to get your car on... More

This is a nice little budget hotel, located on a narrow crowded road, close to the Taj Mahal. The lobby is small but quite comfortable. The rooms are spacious, with wooden flooring, and are done up well. The breakfast spread was not huge, but was quite appealing to my palate. Overall, a good place for a night's stay.

I booked this hotel over the internet as I was getting a good deal and was pleasantly surprised to check into this value for money hotel. The rooms were well furnished and pretty spacious as well... The only problem was with the AC which kept on switching off after every hour or so... and this was the same in all... More

The property is near the Taj Mahal. However it is situated on a nondescript road. The rooms are large and good and clean. The breakfast spread was also better than expected.the check in process can be improved.

The people of the reception is very nice and funny. We had a problem with our train and they made us a good price for an extra night. The price is not the cheapest but is a very nice place. The only regret was the shower in the bath. The water comes out from the shower a little bit, but... More

Stayed here one night. Liked the big room and comfy bed. Breakfast was good. However, Internet connection was down as well as tv..only back up at 9pm. Reception staff were accommodating. Our letdown was the area the hotel was situated...nothing to look at..just dusty road with small shops. Nothing much to do with the internet and tv down and pool... More

Only stayed here for 2 quick nights, not getting into hotel until very late. Rooms are very nicely decorated and modern, bed very soft & comfortable, front desk are very helpful, and accomadating. Breakfast is quite good, eggs made to order. The only reason I didn't rate this excellent is because, hotel is not that centrally located, can walk to... More

The room is a good size, comfortable clean bed, with a safe, nice size bathroom. The furnishing and colour had a 'clean line' look but too much makes it rather dull looking. The breakfast was like a three star hotel in KL. A few choices but quite tasty. Swimming pool was under maintenance, no gym, had to get a guy... More

We had visited to Delhi and Agra Taj for our winter vacation through Unisafe Tours India, where we meet Mr. Vishal the manager of the Unisafe Travels who has provided us the memorable vacation for my family. Good class of hotels, transportation and friendly staff. we would love to have an another holiday with Unisafe in future. I would advise... More
