We had a very unpleasant two night experience here. The room was filthy. The bed linens were torn and dingy. The room was poorly maintained. The personnel were unprofessional and had an unkempt appearance. The food was not good. They tried to tell me ants jumped into my coffee from the table. We spent very little time in the hotel... This hotel is very conveniently located on walking distance from Raja Ki Mandi Railway Station, Agra. Disadvantage of this location is a continuous disturbance of passing trains. On top of it, there are four to five schools in the vicinity and school bell every hour will draw your attention. The pathway leading to the hotel is full of drainage water. Hotel... More

Very pathetic hotel of agra. Just in the fear of being cheated we thought to book UP govt tourist bunglow (rahi ) but it turned out a disaster.Very unfriendly staff and room missed even basic necessities. Will not recommend to anyone.

My Sister had booked a room for 4 people (my 2 Sisters & Parents) from Australia through Expedia.com. After reaching Agra, they could not find the Hotel and therefore called up on the Telephone No. given on the Booking slip. On calling up they came to know that the number belongs to some Rahi Resort on Nepal border. Ultimately, they managed... More

I call your call centre no immediately and some lady ( i guess Shweta/Swati) talked to me for over 30 mins and gave fake assurances. Finally she... More

This being a UPTDC hotel - probably sums it all - Don't expect anything! Located next to the railway station, probably the first cause of discomfort. Room service is not upto the mark (you should not also from a government hotel). However being a government hotel, the rooms are big, and probably that's the end of it! No other good... More
