The resort is very strategically located on the sslopes of a hill and awway from the hustle bustle of the Ooty town. The view from room was very good. Balcony is a nice place to relax and chat with family. Food was OK (not bad, but not good also). Ofcourse, I liked the breakfast though. If relying on public transport, then this place may be a bit inconvenient, as this property is far from city (around 2-5 KM). more

We must have got the worst room in the hotel. Sofa stained, bed sheets torn, flies in the room, toilet dirty, teps dripping with poor flow. No hot water for two days. The resort location is great, individual cottage made on the mountain slope. This give the feel of you are sitting in the air. The resort has a elevetor that goes deep into valley. The cottage is great with good interior. The food quality is ok. more

the location was excellent, the balcony to all the rooms is the best part.... its like a step by step flooring....like tea garden....you get the entire valley view from the resort....food is also good.... off season time(after 15 June) its much more affordable (2k+tax)....u can try to negotiate for a better price too!! more
