There was a significant deterioration in standards since our last class getogether in 2011 when it was still a Holiday Inn Property. Room keys kept getting deactivated. But what was most troubling was the discriminatory and unethical pricing of rooms with preferential pricing for some groups during the same period with sly request not to inform others.

Gem Park does a great breakfast to set you for the day. The rooms are comfortable and very business-like. Nothing to complain about and nothing to really rave about. Practical, functional and solid. I liked the place for those qualities.

Comfortable rooms, good food and excellent breakfast, management & staff very helpful and efficient.The wifi/ internet connectivity was very good in the 5th floor, but not so good in the rooms on other floors. may be you can improve on that. Its really great value for money.

A wonderful destination little away from the crowded ooty, but once you are inside the property you shall enjoy your time with family. Once u open d window can see the lovely flowers in day and lovely lighted City in night. A great place to relax...

The room was comfortable with a good view. However there was a problem with the flush valve which could not be fixed. The wifi/internet connection was very poor ad often broke down.The gym facilities were limited and stuffy. The service was helpful,pleasant and friendly and the breakfast excellent.

the buffet they serve here is excellent with lots of variety,especially the fish they serve here is delicious.the rooms were good .the garden is well maintained with lots of flowers everywhere.they conduct activities in the evening.the pool has to be maintained.
