Was charged Rs.900 to keep luggage in hotel. When I told that room was not clean and asked for another room. The manager was arrogant and kept my luggage asked me to pay for keeping luggage. Worst hotel in ooty.

Worst all the staff is confused. No coordination at all. Location was good. In my three night stay, i was at the reception for about 7- 8 times. All the time some one had argument with the staff. One of them wanted to call police. This hotel should be last preference for anyone

Good hospitality, the rooms are good enough for the price we pay, good service by the management,foods are good with varieties, enjoyed the stay and I wish I could be there again. Rooms are well furnished with teak, Overall excellent enjoyed staying in wellbeck, the ambience is good with a vintage car parked in the welcome lobby I like it!!!!!

the stay was very good at welbeck residency. i would like to repeat my stay there. the quality of food is very nice made with fresh items. and had very nice hot shower experience there. rooms are maintained nicely. accessibility to hotel and important places is very easy. staff are very hospitable.

in restaurant providing old chicken ( 2 day Before freezer chicken ) also Dal fry, naan was not good , senthil useless manager only he roaming here & there , why the hotel management giving suite to senthil , he is not fit for housekeeping itself , room service very poor

Had given them advance for reservation of rooms, but had to cancel, they sent a nice mail while paying money that their policy is to refund full amount if one cancels before 10 days, i cancelled before 12 days.
