the hotel is in a very poor ambience definitely needs renovation . as said in the review list, the blankets are dusty, sound from window AC disturbs the sleep, not worth for high tariff of Rs.1375/- when other nearby new hotels charging Rs.975/- with good ambience. not recomending for anyone to take chance .

Took a friends advice and stayed here. Must say was disappointed. At one time must have been a great place but needs renovation. Location is great for shopping though. Service is bad, right from calling to book, to sending emails the response was sad. Avoid when with family.
