You will be able to find cheaper hotel, however, Krishna Niwas is worth the money. Room was good and clean, fresh towels every day. Breakfast not included but also worth the extra (small) payment. +: Service was great: we got a lot of information about events and sights in Udaipur. -: wifi wasnt always working

Hotel Krishna Niwas was not to fancy & well managed hotel but we are satisfied. We paid INR 1000 per nights and we are happy that we got expected services in the price we paid. There are several hotels but if you are budget traveler, it is a good hotel to be. It has good room but they need to... More

Decent value for money; we got a room with a view for about the same price as a standard room in some of the other similar hotels we were looking at in the area. The room was quite dirty, though, with dead mosquitoes smeared across the walls and garbage cans that compelled us to wash our hands every time we... More

We stayed at the Krishna Niwas for two nights. We actually booked a deluxe room, which we found out didn't exist. We had a look at several rooms and they were all quite dirty. The bathroom was still dirty from holy festival and the towles did not only have the colours from holy festival but seemed to be not washed... More

Sushima and Jairaj are wonderful hosts in their hotel. The rooms were clean and substantial. We were traveling with our 4 month old baby and they were very accommodating. The location is very nice near to the lake; definitely reserve the lake view rooms.

This hotel is located in a beautiful part of Udaipur with views across the lake. It is within an easy walk of the lake, its boats, shops and restaurants. With wifi and laundry service at a good price. We did not eat here preferring waterside restaurants. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

We stayed here for two nights in February (with a large group, so we had a good overview if the house). The rooms are quite ok, the bathrooms absolutely fine (sure, Indian bucket-shower, but the toilet works, the bed are comfy and everything is clean and in good shape). The highlight is the house itself: beautiful decorations by the artist... More

I was supposed to stay at this hotel (10 of us friends) and had made reservations with the person in charge. Was supposed to check-in at 5:30 am and had mentioned this while making the booking. However, when I reached there in the morning, the hotel entrance was locked and nobody answered the door bell. After quite some shouting someone... More

Styng in this hotel was more than a good choice. Besides the clean and beautiful room we were treated with love and kindness as we were part of the family. We felt blessed and were helped in many ways. Definitily we will come back in our return to udaipur. The most stunning view from the roof restaurante.

Not quite sure where I even start. We were greeted by a 10 year old child who was unable to help or check us into our room. We were told to come back later. When we did arrive back to the hotel we were shown to a room. It not have sheets, towels, soap, hot water, WIFI, a working TV... More
