We stayed for two nights here. Beautiful, haveli with traditional rooms. Solar hot shower really works! Great rooftop restaurant... One of the best muesli fruits curds. Staff are friendly. And starting at rs.500 all inc.

1. No air conditioner working in A/C room 2. No adequate hand shower facility for toiletries. 3. We have been frequent visitors to this place. It a small property very close to the palace,museum and adjacent to the Pichola lakefront. Although the central area has been retained, the rooms have been refurbished. So don't expect the typical Haveli room! Greeted by receptionist at 6am, could not be more helpful at finding a room we could afford. Very nice old haveli, and the rooms had original paintings. It was like staying in some museum room, nice atmosphere. Bed was good to sleep too, and price good for 2 persons. I would go here again. Recommended! Downstairs has a nice coffee place Cafe Namaste (with free wi-fi) and upstairs has a restaurant (on roof).
