We booked a standard room. It seemed to be very old residential palace turned hotel. The staff and royal family who run this hotel are vice nice and helpful. The rooms are very clean and spacious. There is a nice little garden and a swimming pool. They serve awesome food for breakfast.Try out the potato cutlets once. They are really... More

This is a lovely heritage hotel where you can stay and relax and be comfortable and be close to anything you want to do, but are still a bit away from the most intensely crowded part of tourist Udaipur. The staff and the royal family who still run it are so kind and welcoming and they help you with anything... More

I loved everything about this hotel, from the young nightwatchman who sleepily let us in at 3 am with courtesy and a smile on his face, to the elderly German frau in residence who sits outside her room with her knitting and gossips with the staff and residents. The young nightwatchman replied to my profuse thanks and apologies for waking... More

We stayed there in 24th to 26th December,2014. Wonderful hotel with nice staffs.. The location is at wonderful place , you can visit many attractive places by walking. Very nice hotel in all aspects. Very clean & the food is also awesome. The interior of rooms are very very royal. I would say the best hotel in Udaipur.

This is a budget hotel with basic offerings. The plus point is that the staff delivers whatever they have to offer with utmost sincerity. As the hotel doesn't have a full fledged restaurant, the food is cooked only on request...though the taste was quite good. City palace is at walkable distance so after visiting the palace in afternoon, you can... More

We were promised a large suite and what we got was a shocker of a room. Unfortunately we had pain 10000 Rupees advance and were at the mercy of the manager who clearly has been making his living conning travelers. The large suite had an attached bathroom, which had a stained bath tub, a urinal in the corner, an Indian... More

The biggest plus point for this hotel is that the hotel is located in the heart of Udaipur. the hotel is just few hundred meters away from the lake and the city palace. The basic room dose not have facilities like TV, intercom or AC. The food was one of the best that I have tested in all the Udaipur,... More
