I stayed at the hotel during my first visit to Udaipur. The check-in was smooth and we were taken to our rooms swiftly. I got a room on the top floor and contrary to a review I had read (which made me a bit wary) there was absolutely no noise from the kitchen upstairs and I had a good night's... More

reached late evening.. the rooms are spacious and nicely done up.. the pool is rather small.. the roof top restaurant is a nice place to spend the evening.. they serve only beer so carry your own liquor if need be.. the staff is friendly and eager to help. overall a good choice for a budget traveller..

In the most exotic locations of Rajasthan, Kurabar Kothi is a pocket friendly stay. The Roof top view is amazing. The rooms are nicely decorated with rajasthani art and paintings. All basic amenities are there. The restaurant and food is equally good! We tried lal mass and it was fairly good enough!!

I stayed in kurabar kothi in March with my husband. We usually look for luxury hotels which are 4 star above but kurabar was a refreshing change. It's a heritage property very quiet and peaceful. The room was very large and the view was breath taking. The washrooms very clean and quite big too. Excellent food and homely atmosphere. The... More

Room was very large as was the bathroom. Hot water didn't last long. Rooftop area is very nice with a great view, restaurant has a nice view also however the food service takes a long time and food is extremely hot, the staff speak little English and do not understand what we want to order. Other than that it is... More

Stayed for 2 nights. What we did like is its away from the noise of the streets, so its quiet. Room is very large but the over use of moth balls leaves the room smelling of naphthalene. Hot water is ok. Beds firm. Breakfast is ok. Easy walk to lake. Nice view from rooftop. Beware of the food for dinner... More

It was mine third visit at kurabar kothi and as usual it was fantastic... Owner Mr. Kunal is very helpful for all matters... Satff is friendly and cooperative... Rooms are too big and candel light dinner at rooftop is a added advantage...

A Small and cosy hotel, beautifully decorated with lots of original Indian features, tasteful and elegant. Large rooms, large beds, plenty of storage / living space! Located slightly out of the city centre, ( and that's why lower, mid range price) but at the top of the hill with direct views over the lake and the palace; views are to... More
