Was here with family for my Nephew's Grand Indian Destination Wedding !!!! Stayed here for 2 Nights and had the ultimate fun in absolute luxury. Everything was above expectation; Friendly Staff, Good Food, Luxurious Rooms and Ambience and the Unhindered Lake View........... Highly Recommended to all !!!! Ambeek Khemka

Stayed at this hotel recently. Absolutely lovely experience. Very high marks for the service. They treat their guests as if we they are royals ! We had an infant with us. They took special care of our baby by providing us with baby food and other supplies whenever we wanted. Family with infants want that their babies are taken care... More

This hotel is stunning with its boat trip across the lake, a welcome shower of petals, music and drink. Fabulous very large, spotlessly clean rooms, your own personal butler, the head chef came to us at dinner with his recommendations and the staff were all very polite and attentive however there are a few things that let it down being... The excitement starts as you cross the Lake to the Leela and take in the magic of this iconic setting. I know many people struggle with which hotel to chose when staying in Udaipur and I can honestly stay we were thrilled that we chose to stay at both the Leela and the Lake Palace. From the Leela you can... More

Spent 3 nights in the off season. We were spoiled with an awesome Staff to Client ratio so the service was fantastic. Special mention needs to go to Chattar our driver who took us in the Royal Tuk Tuk around the sights of Udaipur. A very relaxed and safe driver with great knowledge of the city. He shepherded us through... More

We stayed in this hotel last year in 3rd week of September. The weather in udaipur at this time of year is quite ok and it is just the start of tourist season. A BMW came to pick up from the airport and dropped us to the jetty at other side of lake pichola. As we reached the hotel by... More

The hotel is not as charming as the Taj or as palatial as the Oberoi but the Leela goes out of its way to ensure that everyone feels like a special guest. I visited the property with my mom for 2 nights during the independence day weekend where all of Udaipur was absolutely packed. The staff was extremely courteous and... More

Would not recommend this property to anyone for the meals at least. The food is sub par ... Most definitely not worth the bomb you spend on it. There are places in Udaipur that would serve you much better food at half the price. The staff was un-smiling and the service poor.

Dear Guest, Thank you for sharing your review regarding the dining experience at our hotel.. I am disappointed to learn that we have failed to impress you with our food and services. I must confess that this is an unfortunate departure from the delightful memories that we usually manage to create for our guests. On behalf of my team, I... More

More than the lake and the palace buildings, the staff members of this hotel impressed me. Anil George, the Rooms Divisions Manager happens to be the face of this hotel...when he is not serving the guests..when he is not smiling... even God wouldn't know.He is exceptionally professional. After checking out, (09 to 14 Aug 2014)Chauffeur Aslam escorted me till the... More
