This was my second visit to Ranthambore and I wanted to experiment with my place of stay. I wish I had not. The result: I am reviewing this hotel even before I have checked out. It is one of those resorts which is close to the forest and promises to give you an experience of staying close to nature. Well,... More

Begin your mornings with cheering sounds of hundreds of birds, whistles and calls, look at the enchanting colours while you stay at Tiger moon resort. Situated in dense trees and bamboos with plenty of water availability this resort is a boon for bird in the summer heat. If you are nature lover go to this resort. Some improvements needed though... We stayed at the Tiger Moon Resort as part of a tour. The staff was very gracious and refused my offers of payment after I broke a glass top on an end table. The rooms were quite adequate and quite clean. We were presented with a lovely show and a great buffet meal( way too much ) . The morning... More

Stayed two nights on a GAdventures tour as part of a visit to Ranthambhore Tiger Reserve. We thought the layout of the resort was attractive, the buildings in the compound were substantial, and our lodgings were clean, spacious, and well equipped. Only complaint was the bed was a bit hard. I particularly enjoyed reading on front porch when we weren’t... More

We visited this resort in February 2014 in corporate booking, food quality was not good, rooms were unclean, they don't have room service and will not serve food or tea, coffee in room have to go to restaurant We asked for extra blankets, given blankets that were used during safari trips and so were full of dust... totally wastage of... The rooms were filthy, the bed sheets looked like they had not been changed from the previous visitors. The dining room heating was never on so you would have to eat whilst freezing. The room next to the dining room where the dishes were washed had no hygiene standards and gave a good idea of how the kitchen may also... More

We visited Tiger Moon resort through 'Tour My India' during December 2013. The resort is very well planned and constructed - gives a true jungle type feeling. The cottages are cosy and with minimal amenities - but this is something expected out in the jungle. The worst part is the service and the staff. They are totally not up to... More

This place is a good retreat for a night's stay. We enjoyed the nature walk and also the kids loved the animals. Accommodation was clean and basic but comfortable...true jungle style! We had taken the package including food. The other guests who joined us on the excursons were mostly families and we all had a great time! Staff especially the... More

Expensive for India, but moderately priced compared to most in Ranthambore. The cottages are warm for a Winter trip, they come with a heater, and have hot showers - but run the tap for 5 minutes or so to get the hot water. In Summer there's a swimming pool. Here's a great tip: Ask the staff to light the brazier... More
