Stayed there for 3D/ 2N and found it a perfect place. The resort took care of our jungle bookings, the jungle rides. They alloted us the best guide and took full care of our stay. The food was excellent, the quality was otustanding and not a single dish was repeated in those 3 days. The stuff they use is of... More

The Ranthambhore Bag is not a swanky high class hotel. It doesn't try to be, and it doesn't cost high class prices. It's the right level of rustic charm for the safari goers it caters for. It has a homely charm. The staff are friendly and professional. They offer superb service without making you feel awkward. Breakfast is simple but... More

Ranthambore Bagh is a very average boarding place, but is a good idea to stay if you are visiting Ranthambore for wildlife photography. Ranthambore Bagh is about 10-15 minutes drive from Sawai Madhopur station and is also 10 minutes from the main entrance from National Park. The hotel, its ambiance and quality is most basic and then nothing more is... More

I booked a 3 night package here in the winter and was super satisfied with my stay from the moment I arrived. I was checked in immediately and given a chai while I relaxed and waited for my afternoon tour of the Ranthambhore fort. Over the next few days, I enjoyed getting to know the hotel owner, his wife, and... More

I actually want to give it 3.5 stars! Ranthambhore Bagh is located a 10 minute drive from the main gate of Ranthambhore NP and 10 minutes from the railway station as well so really cant get a better location. The hotel itself is basically a old house that is converted into a hotel. I believe 12 rooms and 12 tents.... More

We stayed here for one night and really enjoyed our stay. The glamping style tent was great and it felt like a very authentic experience. The staff were extremely helpful, there were substantial grounds to sit in and read a book, and everything felt really clean. Only criticism would be The Buffett dinner, the bbq nan was especially good but... More

We stayed here for two nights and absolutely loved it. The team at Ranthambhore Bagh have gone to great lengths to provide an authentic safari experience and it was just great! Our tented accommodation was comfortable and well equipped, beds were cosy and there are (albeit rather noisy) aircon units which we put to good use during the heat of... More

4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 25, 2015

Stayed at The Ranthambhore Bagh from 16.3.2015 to 19.3.2015 ie. 3 nights. We had booked the tents. The tents are very basic, but are pretty neat & cozy. The pricing is pretty fair. This was the only hotel which managed our safaris in the preferred Zones, in spite we made a pretty late decision to visit Sawai Madhopur. The food... More

We stayed in Ranhambhore Bagh's tent accommodations, preferring a more "outdoorsy" experience. Hotel operators were pleasant, check-in was easy, lunch was fine, staff was courteous. Safari connection was easy. However, two negatives that would prevent us from trying there again: First, the tent feels a bit old and grubby. Tired bed linens, hard pillows, flat sheet rather than fitted on... More

In the back Rantambhore Bagh has several spcous tents suitable for 2-3 persons. Tents are of good quality. Unfortunately we have lots of unusual rain (never experienced thunderstorm like that) but not a drop could enter. Due to the weather we had no outdoor dinner or camp-fire and had to dine inside. Food was really good and Indian and breakfast... More
