This was a very pleasant place to stay in terms of caring staff and a congenial atmosphere. It was very cold in January, and the little electric heater in our room barely mitigated the chill. But there was hot water, and a fire to sit around outside in the evening. The location, about halfway along the road to the park... More

I arrived at this hotel and the first thing the staff said to me was a bombardment of fees and charfes I had to pay for my safaris that I had already organized. It wasn't until day 2 that anyone said hello and that was from the owner passing us in the corridor. January is very cold in this part... More

Lots can be said about Ranthambhore Bagh and the Ranthambhore National Park and it will not be enough. It was truly a memorable experience for me , my first trip to Ranthambhore could have not been planned better. I saw tigers on 4 safaris out of the 6 I went on. I went there in October and had the most... More

We opted to stay in a tent and we loved it, especially when the sun was streaming down and we could sit on our terrace. We ate our dinners around campfires with other guests and we enjoyed the entertainment. It was a really nice way of meeting other guests. The food was very tasty, with a lot of variety. Stay... More

When we arrived at Ranthambore we were disappointed to discover the 'luxury' tents were metres from the main road and had no security whatsover. We were able to transfer to a room in the main hotel but were equally disappointed at the standard. The weather in Jan is very cold and our window did not close properly meaning the room... More

We stayed here for 3 nights in their tent, tent they provide is split into 3 parts, varendah - outdoor sitting area with mosquito nets, the main tent living area which has basic furniture but very comfortable bed which you need after a bumpy safari and a long day full of adventure, the rear part of tent has shower area... We stayed here toward the end of a 2 week holiday in India in December 2011.There is an electric current transformer in the car park which takes in the main grid supply. We were not advised of its existence and the dangers. Our friends' 13 yr. old son was electrocuted by standing next to it whilst playing hide and seek.... More

We arrived after a tough travel day to the Bagh. We were disappointed that the reception didn't tell us about the increase in safari price upfront. (We had booked the Big Cat Prowl through their website- perhaps more expensive than booking everything separately.) After settling our differences we went to our room. It wasn't as nice as we thought it... More

This isn't the kind of place that would appeal to people looking for luxury in the bush. It's probably best described as an inn, which has rooms in the main building & tented accomodation on the grounds. What really sets this place apart from the rest is the service, and the effort everyone puts in towards making your stay as... More

Check in at 9am & checked out by noon. Didn't want to waste our weekend staying here. It's right on a busy road with loud traffic. Tents are right next to each other and don't look anywhere as nice as the website. After checkin they led us to a tent which hadn't been cleaned. Main reason we left though was... More

Hi Little sun-bunny, It is unfortunate that you did stay with us. On reading your review, I am puzzled, as we are known for our warm hospitality and attention to detail. We were happy to give you the accommodation 3 hrs prior to check-in time and the tent was just vacated by another guest, therefore we asked you to relax... More
