The hotel was very well located, a whisker away from the lodge and conveniently close to jaipur airport. Although hotel is not a true luxury resort , it is one of the most special Taj properties in India. The people are warm and the food is fantastic, especially during the cold winter months. I will definitely remember sipping piping hot... More

Had an amazing time with family last week at this classic property. wonderful and warm staff, great hotel complex, library, kids activity and amazing food. Kids had a rocking time with badminton and cycling within the property. Evening and morning tea at the main verandah was superb, met fellow residents with amazing experiences shared. We were very lucky to spot... More

Pros Staff are the highlight of the property. Always with a smile and their enthusiasm is contagious. Hotel is the first pick up point for those signed up for safaris which means you get to pick where to sit on the cantor or gypsy. Also, it is right off the main road which you will be thankful for after a... More

We had a wonderful time at Taj Sawai Madhopur Hats off to Mr. Sachin for his excellent service. He made us feel like King and Queen. He did his best for us from check-in till check-out. We were lucky enough to spot Tigers on the first day in Ranthanbhore Safari. Thanks to entire team of Taj Sawai Madhopur Lodge.

Loved our stay here! A quiet and relaxing place with huge rooms, bathrooms, and lawns. The way the hotel has been built ensures that each room gets a garden view. I think the hotel website does not do justice to the place. But the highlight is a very friendly, warm, & professional staff. Always willing to go that extra mile!... More

Really comfortable, quiet, relaxing place and the staff are exceptional! Great place to chill out for a couple of days before going to Jaipur or Agra. They don't have room service, but that is for your own protection, i.e. they don't want animals coming to your room looking for leftover food! Also, they don't have wifi in the rooms, but... More

We stayed here for 3 nights and it was a wonderful stay. The staff is very professional, well mannered & hospitable. A family member had food allergies and they took special care for each meal.... the chef looked into every detail.

Found this property to be really colonial It was where the queen visited in the 60s and even here party shot a tiger which is disappointing- but that is what they did back in the day. Glad it doesn't go on any more. We went on 2 drives and didn't see a tiger but did see a sloth bear The... More

We spent 3 nights this December- it's a lovely property staff were just exceptional from the greeting at the lobby to the rooms cleaners who were incredibly polite and friendly. On the last day when our drivers for pick up didn't arrive on time - the manager was kind enough to offer a car to drop some of us to... More

We stayed here as part of a group trip. Had a wonderful time. Excellent property - the lawns are really beautiful. Staff is good. But the icing on the cake was really the food. Still remember the mooli ki sabji and brinjal salan and hot phulkas served fresh! Must stay if in Ranthambore.
