The hotel needs a complete clean and change of management. The towels were small grey and dirty..when I pulled the sheets back they wear dirty and stained obviously not been changed I didnt say anything to my wife fearing she would not sleep but unbeknown to me she had found exactly the same!! The food was disgusting we never ate... More

The hotel is beautiful and the beds are extremely comfortable. Our room was very spacious. I found the food very good. The hotel is near the gate for zones 1-5, but far from the other gates. Our drives were in zones 6 & 8, which meant we had to drive through town to get to the gate. Some would think... More

But there it ends. The whole place needs a good clean. Food is average and only instant coffee available. Poor service in restaurant. There is potential for a super hotel to be established, but this is not reached. Staff do not seem interested.

The staff, the hospitality, the architecture, the hosts were all fantastic. The food got a little bit repetitive and for a 5 star the room service etc are absent which is a shame. But then, we were lucky enough to spot 3 tigers on the safari which made the trip even more incredible.

Building lovely, setting beautiful. That's where it ends. Food pretty dismal every time we ate there. Poor choice and average quality. They don't even serve fresh coffee! Been travelling around India staying in 4 and 5 star hotels and this was the worst we stayed in. They didn't even ask us how our stay had been when we checked out,... More

The place really is breathtaking, but they have a lot to learn about cleanliness. One of our towels had faeces on it, and although I asked to speak to the general manager about it he did not oblige. Napkins and tablecloths were not changed in the dining room, and the display behind the bar was not clean. As we arrived... More

This is a large heritage style hotel (it is in the old raj/colonial style but was built in the last 15 years I understand) in the Rantambor countryside near an entrance to the national park. Beautiful setting, and lovely building, and a good place to try and see the tigers, but the rooms could be a lot better. Hotel is... More

My fantasy location. A true palace, with each room unique, all marble, large spaces, shiny clean and grand. I had a massage in a room that felt more alike an inaguration room with layered lighting, running water, an after massage shower. My sister was the ONLY swimmer in a huge outdoor pool on the expansive grounds. The gold & white... More

This is your chance to stay in a palace and feel like a princess! Or prince. Driving up to this hotel just took my breath away. The building itself as well as the individual rooms just make you feel as you have been transported to a different time and place. The beds are so high, you almost need a step... More

This has got to be one of my all time favorite hotel experiences -- the grounds, the food, the staff ...whole experience exceeded my expectations. The rooms are large and quite comfortably done in a traditional early 20th century style and the staff both at the front desk and in the dining room were a delight. What really made our... More
