For those that have stayed in this property pre 2014, many things have changed during my visits to Angel Fire. Newly refurbished rooms and decor and many improvements over the last 2 years, make this property one you'll want to visit..

The staff are very caring and accommodating. The food is great. The rooms are clean and, well, roomy. Balconies, refrigerators. No microwave. Seems to have everything you would want in either the ski season or summer season, although we were there kind of between seasons. The ski lifts are *right at* the lodge. Cool. An interesting resort with unusual features... More

I was looking for any Cabin Share reviews before we went, but couldn't find any. Hopefully this one will help others. We stayed in cabin share #18 for the Spring Break week. This was a Wyndham Timeshare affiliate. We had a fantastic time and the accommodations were terrific. The cabin was in very good shape, considering it was built in... More

My fiance and I wanted to get a couple day getaway it was booked on last minute it. The room we had overlooked the pool it was just wonderful. The only change i can say would be the shower head bathroom. Otherwise it was fantastic and clean! I liked that the bed was large but I would definitely suggest getting... More

We recently stayed in the Alpine Wing which is the updated side of the hotel. Overall the room was large and clean. It's about a 6-7 minute walk up a couple flights of stairs to get to the ski lifts but overall it was very convenient. The room met all of our needs for a 4 day 3 night stay.... More

The Lodge Hotel, Angel Fire, New Mexico is a very nice hotel, and has many fine features to offer its visitors. We were there for four nights and five days. However, there were certain things that could be accomplished to improve the hotel's appearance and services. The hotel was not particularly crowded during our visit, but the entrances, hallways and... More

Walking from my room to the slopes in a matter of few foot steps, is by far the best amenity this lodge has to offer. The rooms were decent, and very large, but needed updating. The room comes with a refrigerator but no microwave. Not sure when I last stayed at a hotel without a microwave. They don't offer breakfast,... More

I would only recommend staying at the resort if you don't want to drive or take a shuttle to the mountain. Otherwise, you can stay elsewhere for cheaper and/or get better value for $200+/night (like the condos). The resort looks to be about 20yrs old without any noticeable updates. It has the standard features of a ski resort, such as... More

Dear txcowboy2015, Sorry to read this on-line feedback. It was my understanding that the Angel Fire Resort Lodging team advised you that because you had booked and paid a 3rd party (On Line Travel Agency) for your lodging that any request for compensation had to go back through that company. Please feel free to contact me directly with any questions... More

Our room at the lodge was spacious. Especially liked the faux fireplace and patio! We had a fridge, but there are no microwaves...which would've been nice. Just a short walk (and a few sets of stairs) to the lifts. We locked our skis in the lockers so we didn't have to carry them up every evening. Really enjoyed the stay.

I'd rate the stay average, nothing more. We are parents in our young thirties with two 4 year olds. We stayed in the King size room which was large but somewhat outdated. Chainti's restaurant was closed so we ate at the Legendary Bar and grill. The nachos were phenomenal and pizza was pretty good as well. 11 beers on tap... More
