I just visited Chandelao Garh, it was awesome trip I must say though it was last moment planning but the owner and the people working over there planned my husband's birthday party in such a lovely ways, we could see their efforts in such short span of time. I would give 10/10 for hospitality. It was much better than I... More

This was our second visit to Pradhuman's Haveli, and we greatly enjoyed ourselves, again! The best part, is the 15 m swimming pool, a must for cooling off in the evening, and lime juice served there by the friendly, well trained villagers-doubling-as-staff is very refreshing. The morning runs has bold partridges (bolder after the hunting ban, which Sallu Bhai did... More

Our experience from start to finish was simply amazing. Very spacious rooms with beautiful pictures and furniture. The staff were extremely friendly and the food is truly excellent. Their swimming pool is nice to relax in after a long day of sightseeing!

First of all, if you are looking for a 5 star hotel service as the ones you can find anywhere in the world, don't bother coming. This is not the kind of hotel that provides you with all the luxury that keeps you away from the real life experience of Rajasthan, the culture, the people and their daily lifestyle. Some... More

It pains me to rate this property so low because Mr. Praduman, his mother, and the staff were all very kind to us when we recently visited Chandelao Garh. The property at large is very pretty, the village people kind and happy. Despite the arts and crafts center being closed, a young woman volunteering from Norway was able to give... More

Three nights here was a blissful retreat from the hustle and bustle of Rajastan forts and palaces. This historic 1744 building set in Chanelao village has been lovingly restored by a descendant of the thakur. Our room was in the converted stable block, more of a suite than a room, with an apparently resident little owl blinking at us from... More

Praduman Singh knows what he is doing and a stay here is sure to provide forever memories. The beds were a bit stiff and should be updated but the property is wonderful. The village and its people beckon with warm happy smiles. The meals were simple but filling and pure Rajasthani. This is a Superior Adventurer Class property and a... More

If you really need a break and like to oversleep a few days, the Chandelao Garh can be a good choice for you. The renovated fort is really nice, the rooms are very clean and spacious. Also the pool looked very inviting even though the water was really cold. The owner was really caring about the wellbeing of his guests... More

Dear Guest Thank you so much for visiting Chandelao. It is good to know that you liked our property, the room and the pool.I am so sorry that the food was bit bland for the Indian taste. We try and balance the taste so to make it not to spicy for the western tourist and I know some Indians like spicy food .If... This is a wonderful place to stay. I would recommend a minimum of 3 nights! The rooms are all different, but all tastefully decorated and all offer light and outdoor space. There is a swimming pool, and well landscaped grounds. The buildings have been lovingly restored to their original. The village is peaceful and the people very welcoming. If you're... More

A real highlight of our visit to Rajasthan - get away from the crazy cities, this wonderful heritage hotel is where you want to be. Beautfiully appointed rooms, great wifi, delicious food and loved visiting the women's craft centre next door. Spent 2 nights lazing in the pool and the traditional massage was very professional. Great to get more off... More
