Stayed here for two days. It's a good property and has been maintained well but the service is slightly slow. But, I guess, that's how it is everywhere in jaisalmer. The manager should be given more authority to be flexible with pricing, offering more service etc. Whatever we asked for either declined or required us to pay higher sums then... More

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. No hot water, pool is FILTHY and the staff are terrible. My trainers went missing from my room and the management did not believe me. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE. On one side of the hotel dogs keep you awake and on the other, pigeons. Quite far out... More

Stayed here in December 2011 during my visit to Jaisalmer as a part of my Rajasthan tour along with family. Very average property, bad service, no supply of basic complimentary amenities. ( such as tea/coffee maker) that one would expect at this price. Inside of the hotel was ill-maintained, with a pseudo effort to make things look good from the... More

We visited Jaisalmer this November. This was a road trip from Delhi to Jaisalmer. We had booked the property online and reached here at around 2.00 PM after a 16 hours long journey. Everybody was tired and hungry, so we decided to take lunch here only. But the service was very-very slow and it took more than an hour to... More

This is a very nicely maintained hotel in jaisalmer, has a heritage look and a very good architecture. Rooms are large, clean, Bathroom is provided with a bath tub, has clean swimming pool, restaurant which serves tasty food ,food, tea and water bottle are very expensive, you can have them from outside

Hotel was not first choice because the one I had chosen from reading Trip Advisor reviews had their swimming pool empty for renovations and with nearly 40 degree temps I wanted my two day hotel stay to have a pool for my convenience. I soon discovered I was the solitary guest and being a female and having stayed already under... More

I was in Jaisalmer for two nights with my family including parents from both sides. So we booked three rooms in this hotel based on the availability. We were on 8 days Rajasthan trip and stayed in multiple locations, but stay specifically here was terrible and pathetic. I wont recommend this hotel to anybody. Following were issues we faced during... More

I stay with my three friends in december at first floor very nice and clean rooms and washrooms, costly but good food, very good staff, because of chilled weather we could not avail pool but it was clean, hotel reception is quite big and gives ethnic feel, hotel is very near to railway station, overall nice and value for money... The food, the ambience and service would score highly. The staff are also very hospitable and friendly. However, on the 2nd day of our stay i.e. the Desert Safari day we were asked to check out at 12.00 Hrs although the car for the Desert starts at 15.00 Hrs . That left us shelterless for the intervening 3 hours. We... More

This hotel should be downgraded to 'zero' stars. Everything about this hotel is basic - the hotel reception, the lobby area, the (dirty) pool, the room was dark and not well-equipped, and there was unfortunately no atmosphere. The city centre is a 15 minutes walk from the hotel but because of the hotel's remote location, you would not venture out... More
