Reading what others say is so enticing. Some people travel in places where a $12 lodging is a splurge. This is not for them. However it is very affordable and the place is clearing very historic. The rooms are situated around two courtyards. Our room had immensely thick walls and you felt like you were entering a room in a castle.... More

this hotel is right in the centre of the town and in walking distance of the fort. You enter through two courtyards so the room are quite. the room are traditionally furnished and there is a large bathroom. The restaurant is upstairs and has a good view of the fort. We found the courtyard a really peaceful retreat in the... More

The haveli is located at close proximity to the Fort and the city palace. Has fantastic character and old world charm. But, the rooms are dirty and furniture is broken. We took 3 rooms and had to change a room due to layers of dust almost induced an asthma attack. Staff denied of having vacant rooms in an empty hotels.... More

the most disappointing hotel, if one can call it . the haveli is in the middle of town, noise and filth all around. the staff or the owner are so under trained, that it is shocking. the rooms are smelly, dirty and so outdated. they have tried to open a hotel in a haveli but with no real concept. will... Stayed here for one night and it was lovely! The rooms are beautiful and full of character. They are set round a small pretty courtyard - creating a little oasis. The bathroom (and some of the wiring in the room) is a little bit rustic and I think would benefit from a little repair work. Overall I wouldn't hesitate to... More

One of the most beautiful havelis we've seen in Jaisalmer. Amazing building, beautiful courtyards with jasmin trees, gorgeous rooms. A bit more pricy than other hotels, but if you're not on a tight budget or (like us) want to have a nice treat in between, go for the Nachana (sometimes spelled Nachna). No fort view from the roof, but as... More

This hotel is on the outskirts of the walled city but pretty much in the center of Jaisalmer market. All the famous places are at walkable distance and you get opportunity to walk upto the fort. You can also rent bikes from a shop just next to the hotel for Sam and khuri sand dunes.

Not comfortable. Drinking Water is a minimum requirement. Even small hotels provide RO water. It was not provided. Telephone was not working. TV did not have remote. Room was not getting cleaned unless instructed. Waiters were trying to reduce breakfast items and quantities. Most of the times water was not there in the bathrooms.

Booked it easily, directly with Nachana Haveli and reached the hotel in 10-15 min from railway station. Clean room and toilet but bedding is not so good. Good service at the hotel and the restaurant Saffron in the first floor. Very close to market, the fort and other restaurants. Hotel arranged safari, local tour for us, and it was perfect.... More

Doesn't any better than this. Experiencing sleeping in a real Rajasthani royal family mansion! Had mostly the original furnitures in its rooms, with the addition of a modern bathroom. In our case, it had a giant size bathtub that could simply fit 3 people. We stayed in their suite room, by the way. Breakfast and lunch were great, staff were... More
