I spent 3 freezing nights in January at this hotel and had to wear my long underwear every night because the proprietress wouldn't provide sufficient blankets. After the first night, she gave me what amounted to a duvet cover which she insisted was very warm, and I finally wrangled a second blanket out of her for the 3rd night. This... More

This Palace is well maintained and beautiful with all amenities in place. Food was good and above my expectations. Staff is courteous and always ready to help. Evening Show in the lawns are entertaining and not to be missed. Only problem is Lift is not Functional. But it is a nice place for luxury and comfortable stay.

We planned much in advance on someone 's suggestion to book in this supposedly heritage property. The experience was the worst i have had in recent memory. The reception management was only concerned about checkin formalities, after that u are on your own. Rooms are very small ( no tv ). The staff is very rude. We checked out in... More

The only good thing about the hotel is the building.... There is hardly any life to it...and to top it the staff is very rude ,absolutly uncooperative .....they'll clearly make you feel that you are not welcome ...... the hotel hardly provides the basic amenities in the room...there were no towels,no toiletries ( which we did not get till the... Hi.. we stayed here on 31st Dec 2014 night. When we checked-in they said that there is mandatory charges of 2800 per head, we denied the same and said that while booking there was no such clause mentioned. After denial of new year charges they stopped providing hospitality services and started ignoring any room service request. When we book we... More

Stayed here for 2 nights. Rooms are ok on the first floor. Food was too much expensive. If you are staying here please avoid having food in this palace. The location of this hotel is great for walking around most of the old city places of interest in Jaisalmer. From the outside, this hotel looks great - quite elegant and... More

Unfortunately we don't have a negative rating here, else this property deserves nothing but a complete thumbs down. Absolutely discourteous staff, no care for guests, cold response. Looks like a palace from outside, but its a totally unmaintained property. We had booked a Super Deluxe room, but the room was worse than a servant quarter. Dingy rooms, faded walls and... More

When you arrive at this hotel it looks lovely. There is a nice courtyard area with sofas and outside dining area. However, that's where it stops. The pool looks lovely but on closer inspection shows sand and debris in the bottom so clearly not clean. My room was awful. The bedspread had holes in it, everything was covered in dust,... More

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel is a short walk away from the Jaisalmer fort and the local market. The property is designed to mirror old havelis and looks promising. The rooms are large and airy, though very basic. The beds are not too comfortable and cleanliness is clearly not a priority. Not that the hotel was... More
