Arrived at 5am from the night train, let me check in immediately and saved the paper work until I had rested a bit. Owner was friendly and even offered to walk me to sights I wanted to see. Also, let me check out early for no extra cost. Wouldn't recommend the restaurant though, it didn't seem particularly clean.

The hotel is located near the market area and Jaisalmer Fort. The rates are reasonable. The room was big but not appealing. The bathroom was small and only offers basic comfort. The hotel comes with a roof top restaurant with decent prices. The food was good I would rate the hotel as average experience. We have taken a overnight stay... More

I stayed here in the first week of this month with my parents in a large family room which has two double beds. They probably have two such rooms apart from many regular size rooms. It is a well managed property, unlike other places they don't pressurize you to buy anything extra from them like camel safaris. If you ask... More

The biggest challenge you are likely to face when staying in Jaisal Palace is locating the hotel itself. Situated in one of the many narrow meandering lanes of Jaisalmer, it would take an expert driver to navigate through the narrow lanes to the hotel entrance. It is probably one of the many residences converted into hotel/guest houses, with the typical... More

Hotel Jaisal Palace is conveniently located in the heart of the city. Fort is located at 1 km distance from the hotel. Proximity to Mandir Palace and Nachana Haveli (Saffron restaurant a must visit place) is a plus. Autorickshaws can also be hailed right outside the hotel or you can ask the hotel staff and they will happily arrange one... More

The standard rooms are little bigger than a shoebox but they are 'quite clean' by Indian hotel standards. The staff are friendly and the food in the restaurant is good. The view of the fort from the rooftop is superb and worth staying if only for that.

The hotel is located close to the Jaisalmer Fort and the rates are reasonable. Our room was quite big, but kind of shady. The bathroom was small and only offers basic comfort. The hotel comes with a roof top restaurant with decent prices. Unfortunately the food was not really good and we were completely covered in mosquito bites after having... More

Hotel Jaisal Palace is a best option for those who are looking for comfort and luxury together at one place. I stayed here for few days with my family and really enjoyed a lot. All the staff members are very hardworking, very polite and well trained. They took all the pains to provide us the comfort we needed. Rooms are... More

To start with its a budget hotel with nice view of the fortress. Though I am saying its a budget hotel, however I was amazed to see the cleanliness and quick service provided by the hotel staff. One of the drawback was that the rooms were small and the bathroom is even smaller. The location is good as it allows... More
