Our driver advised the hotel, guess after 1,5 wks he still did not understand what we were looking for. Very bad and unfriendly service, already at the front desk, free wifi wasn't working and no-one cared to fix, the hotel was being renovated which gave a lot of noise and dust everywhere. There were no windows in the room, very... More

thought was booked into Sagar but was actually in adjourning Niwas hotel owned by same people and used the Sagar restaurant that was good but only vegetarian, and no other restaurant nearby. Quite palatial building; beautiful large room; courteous staff. Hotel well located for visiting nearly Lalgarh palace (now a hotel) that is well worth visiting for the architecture.

This hotel looks like a former Maharaja's palace -(It is located a short walk from the Lallgarh Palace and the Laxmi Niwas Palace). The dining room was huge with a smaller, more intimate dining room off to the side. My room was quite large with a comfortable bed and modern bathroom. The restaurant served excellent food (both buffet as well... More

The hotel has a majestic feel to it. Our room was large enough for us (three girls) to do yoga in! The courtyard and grand staircase added to the feeling of old-world opulence that we enjoyed. We found the staff to be welcoming and helpful.

I found this hotel provided good clean rooms, they were a little dated, but by no means shabby. The front desk clerk wasn't the most helpful or welcoming individual, but the rest of the staff were very good. The food was very good, try the Talia, but not cheap. The rooms were good value for money.

It is the best choice for us since the hotel is right next to Highway, and getting in and out of city is easy. excellent food and stay. The food is superb and reasonable option to have traditional Rajasthani dishes also. walkable distance from Lakmi Niwas Hotel and Lalgarh Palace. we enjoyed the light music in evening by Mr Anand.

We were on an educational tour and stayed just for a night on 25th Jan, 2014 in the Hotel. On 26th Morning we left the Hotel by 9 AM. After an hour or two I realised that I forgot my wallet in the cupboard of my Room Number 205. By that time we were about 100 km away from the... More

Stayed in the property in Dec 13 with family . Though the rooms are ok, they lack cleanliness . The bathrooms and rooms were stinking . Bathrooms had stains . The hotel is good for short stay . The best thing about the hotel is their food . Quality and taste of traditional shekhawati food was just superb . Must... More

We had just a night here during a long tour through Rajasthan. A comfortable hotel with large, clean rooms. Very pleasant check-in staff. All staff most helpful! The location of the hotel is on the edge of Bikaner, which is a very busy and chaotic city. We ate in the restaurant - good menu and service!
